Location is closed for remodeling according to the sign in the window, fall 2024 reopening? Would be nice if they updated their website and Google listing this location is temporarily closed. Wasted trip for nothing.

The air machine is broken and in fact flattened our tire when we tried to refill before a long trip to Chicago. We had to call AAA for a fix. Do not go here if you’re looking to refill the air in your tires, you’ll have a greater headache than anticipated.

Update: WOW! Went in there today on a Sunday and both employees working were so helpful, professional, and nice! Big upgrade from previous staff!I try to stop into work on Sundays to get a drink before work because Dunkin is closed on those days and they are NEVER open. Today it happened AGAIN, I pulled up about 10 till 6am (it opens at five per google and store sign) and this time there was someone in there and she completely ignored me and continued doing what she was doing at the counter and did not bother to let me in or acknowledge me at all. I don’t need 5 star service but try bothering to make sure you’re opening on time? Or just change your hours to a time you can actually have an employee there. I never leave reviews but this is getting ridiculous.

Girl in there was on her phone FaceTiming some guy the whole time she ignored us at the dessert counter and then when she was ringing people out at the register. Lol just talking to the guy on FaceTime without a care in the world. You cannot make the stuff these people do up.

This is the 4th night they told me the milkshake side is ‘closed’. It’s 8:40pm on march 26th. I’m not sure what is going on there but their management is terrible for having employees unable to carry out service.

United Dairy Farmers is a Cincinnati mainstay. They're all over the city. They're fairly standardized, both from a layout standpoint, an inventory standpoint, and a fuel standpoint.Come for an automotive fuel up, get yourself a soda and a milkshake or malt or even ice cream while you're there. You won't regret it.Recommended.

Actually just left there. I have to say it was very upsetting and disappointing. The young girl at the register was friendly and nice but there was a boy that ended up making us a sundae and a malt. I got a 2 dip sundae with pb and marshmallow and even said I wanted a good amount but never tasted or saw one drop of pb, had a whole in my cup,and was only given one scoop. My husbands was okay but didn't have the malt flavor and was short on ice cream too. Also I had to ask the boy to change his gloves bc he wiped his face and coughed into the gloves several times. Just overall super disappointed and won't go back to this location.

I used to frequent this gas station, UDF is typically my go-to. But on this particular occasion two of the workers were sitting on the front counter and one of them was playing on his phone and didn’t even look up when I walked in. The other two female workers were in such a deep discussion between themselves that the entire transaction I wasn’t even greeted. She scanned my items while talking with the other girl and looking at her the whole time. The only words anyone said was “do you want your receipt?” The entire store was empty at 6pm where it used to be packed at that time. Not one car in the lot besides mine. Not surprising with the customer service I received.

Annoyed because they closed 15min early. Several employees were in the store as well as a couple customers, but the girl said closed early. Very poor customer service & business practice.

I want to commend Dakota who did an excellent jog in making me the perfect chocolate malt despite the store having an insufficient amount of employees. I asked for special things knowing that she had to check out people on the other register. She never lost her cool or became agitated with me. ***Please do something nice for this special lady. This is one of the very few times in the past several years that I haven't left a UDF upset Thank you Dakota!

Stopped to get some lots of water , it was clean, staff was friendly. The gentleman who checked me out , was kind and offered to help carry my items out.The female staff kept telling inappropriate stories for a workplace to everyone that checked outOverall the place was clean and organized
