LOVE Hollywood Feed at West Chester. The staff there is always so kind and attentive. Taking the time to answer all my questions and help me make decisions about treats, food options etc. I recently adopted a puppy and when I realized he had special dietary needs Debbie helped me find the right formula for him. Michelle gave GREAT advice for teething treats. I feel like me and my dogs truly get the Hollywood experience when we shop at Hollywood feed!

What a great experience. I go to a somewhat out of the way pet store to get our dog food and randomly googled who carried the food closer. Hollywood Feed popped up and is very convenient. I was greeted warmly and was impressed with the size, cleanliness and variety of items in the store. Shane showed me right to the food I was looking for, offered me a store flyer and asked if he could help in any way. We do not get this level of customer service at our previous pet store. I chose my food, picked out some treats and cashed out. Shane set me up with the incentive program and insisted he carry the food to my car. This was a well deserved 5 star review!

I had never been to the store before, wasn't looking for anything in particular. I was treated very well, and began talking with both the young men working there about a experience I was going through with my dog . They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very thoughtful. I ended up purchasing several things, and plan on being a life long customer. Can't wait for the August 2nd sale they both told me about. I have my eye on a really nice dog bed.Even though the store was about an hour from where I live and there is a store closer to me, I plan on returning to the West Chester, Ohio Store they couldn't of been nicer. Great Experience.!!

The staff at my Local Hollywood Feed store was personable and knowledgeable about their products. I would give Hollywood a 5 for their staffing and training! The only drawback is the store is very dog centric and I would like more sales for cat products.

Great place for dog treats! We were able to get a few specialty treats for our two little ones that they enjoy! The staff is friendly too! Got to meet the staffs' dog in the store which is an awesome experience and good knowledge about if they would use items or treats with their own breeds/dogs.

West Chester Location: a complete contrast to Deerfield. The water was hot! How difficult could this be?! The young woman and the other staff member were very helpful and courteous. This will be my go to location in future.
