This store has a vast variety of high end quality food and supplies. I have a difficult time finding a pet store that meets the needs of my giant fur babies. They also are willing to price match against competitors but the prices were lower than average so I didn't even have too as they offer in store discounts. I got b1g1 on KD kitten food and b1g1 on Hollywood kitty litter. I ALSO got lucky with 30 % off on my N&D dog food. My Dal loved the free freeze dried shrimp samples. This store has things I haven't seen before along with the coolest toys and health supplies. I felt very welcomed in the store as all of the staff was super friendly to me and my Dal. Nani was supper helpful and even helpped me find my phone that I accidentally lost in their store. 🙃 I just signed up for their points so I'm excited to see how that works and to come back next week 😁

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store is clean, well-organized and fully stocked. Easy to shop. Very kind to my dog. Offered samples - which she adores! 🐶 Will shop there again. Highly recommend!

This is great place to bring your best friend for their bath. We always come here and the experience is always great. They have everything set up and always clean. My buddy Bruno gets excited when we pull up. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Then afterwards we can grab a few things we need before leaving. Great place.

Nice selection of natural pet products. Only drawback is that my cats won't eat most natural products but that's not the store's fault. I think dogs will eat these products more readily.

Hollywood Feed is an amazing store. Very clean, organized and a ton of options! The store manager at this particular store is very kind and outstanding! I had an amazing experience and can’t wait to go back!

LOVE Hollywood Feed at West Chester. The staff there is always so kind and attentive. Taking the time to answer all my questions and help me make decisions about treats, food options etc. I recently adopted a puppy and when I realized he had special dietary needs Debbie helped me find the right formula for him. Michelle gave GREAT advice for teething treats. I feel like me and my dogs truly get the Hollywood experience when we shop at Hollywood feed!

What a great experience. I go to a somewhat out of the way pet store to get our dog food and randomly googled who carried the food closer. Hollywood Feed popped up and is very convenient. I was greeted warmly and was impressed with the size, cleanliness and variety of items in the store. Shane showed me right to the food I was looking for, offered me a store flyer and asked if he could help in any way. We do not get this level of customer service at our previous pet store. I chose my food, picked out some treats and cashed out. Shane set me up with the incentive program and insisted he carry the food to my car. This was a well deserved 5 star review!

I had never been to the store before, wasn't looking for anything in particular. I was treated very well, and began talking with both the young men working there about a experience I was going through with my dog . They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very thoughtful. I ended up purchasing several things, and plan on being a life long customer. Can't wait for the August 2nd sale they both told me about. I have my eye on a really nice dog bed.Even though the store was about an hour from where I live and there is a store closer to me, I plan on returning to the West Chester, Ohio Store they couldn't of been nicer. Great Experience.!!
