Didn’t tighten screws at the bottom that made an awful rattle when driving. All four air nozzle caps were just pushed on and not even threaded one fell off. Brand new car with 7000 miles, definitely don’t appreciate their carelessness

Got an oil change on 8/31/24. Wife brought the car home and there was oil everywhere in the driveway so I parked it in the road thinking it's probably residual oil. Next day there was a big puddle of oil. Checked oil and it was pretty much empty. Couldn't drive it any distance so I took to the closest place to see what was wrong. I was told the filter and the drain plug were not tightened. How's this happen? I should be reimbursed for what we paid for this so called oil change since we had to pay for another change somewhere else.

Great, friendly & knowledgeable crew with good communication skills. They keep you in the know as they service your car or truck, which honestly separates them from the rest of the pack. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else but I'm grateful that I'm able to get in when needed, ;). I've had my Murano, my Lexus and now my Toyota truck there. I'll go nowhere else within reason.

I'll only take my vehicles here for oil changes. They are the most courteous, super speedy and inexpensive. Knowledgeable staff. Don't try to push extras on to you either. They always give you a coupon for next time. The best.
