The lady at the bakery department wasn't helpful at all and rude.While dealing with me she asked some little girls that walked up what did they need. They have a Hello Kitty cake that I wanted to order but she told me that they didn't have any hello kitty pieces in at the moment and that it would take 2 weeks for it to come in. Why advertise these cakes in your book if you're not going to stay stocked on the items needed.

This was the first time I mailed a letter from this location, and I paid the required payment and asked that they give me a tracking number. They printed out the receipt, and I left. Later on, when I tried to check the tracking number, it wasn't on the receipt, and when I called they said just bring in the receipt for us to be able to see, and when I asked to email or to text the image, they didn't have those options!
Very poor customer service and terrible experience!

There's a lot of mold in the areas where the refrigerated food is IE mashed potatoes area. They also almost never have people working the lanes. Tonight they had about 15 people in line to check yourself out and that was it.

Been shopping there for 10+ years. Since COVID, I've noticed things don't ring up right, esp things with coupons. I get the feeling they count on people not noticing or avoiding the hassle to get it fixed. Customer desk doesn't like to admit it or refund. They used to be good - not anymore. Kroger and Aldi are my go to now. Sorry to witness Meijer 's decline.

A lot that is advertised online is not available in the store they want you to order it ahead so they don't have to keep anything on hand most stores do this and it's very misleading for us consumers have to admit the store was very clean and well-organized
