Go grocery shopping while waiting on your prescription. Pharmacy hours are not the same as the grocery, so be sure to plan ahead.

I recently move the West Chester and thought I would start using Meijer Tylersville Rd location, it seemed convenient since I shop there frequently. The Communication is really poor. The staff provides incorrect information on refill status and the automated/ text system is never correct either. I receive texts that a prescription is ready but it’s not. Don’t receive messages when a prescription is ready. Usually multiple trips have occurred because I am given / not given correct information. I like Meijer but I will no longer use their pharmacy.

As a customer of this pharmacy for many years and taking advantage of the mPerks program for prescriptions, I can not recommend enough the systems and processes they have compared to Kroger or other supermarket pharmacies.The prices of drugs, without insurance, is significantly lower than that of Kroger's. This is why we switched over many years ago. Krogers have long lines, whether in store, or drive thru. Kroger pharmacists are so busy they don't have time to be nice to you.All of this are my personal experiences, prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic combined with labor shortages has taken a toll on this location, as evidenced by the recent trail of negative reviews, but they have always come through without issues. I would recommend everyone to use the MeijerRx App to order refills and pick up when it's ready, no waits then!!

Usually, this pharmacy is decent about keeping the line moving. However, today was a different story.I waited 30 MINUTES in the drive thru line because the person in front of me had a billing issue & the person before them took abnormally long too.If someone has THAT much of an issue where it’s HOLDING UP the drive thru… THEY SHOULD BE ASKED TO PARK & GO INSIDE! What the hell.I was trying to get this SMALL errand over with to get to urgent care QUICKLY. NOW I WONT BE HOME IN TIME TO REST AT ALL because this pharmacy doesn’t care about moving the line along in a timely manner!

This pharmacy has two speeds….slow & slower… Your packed in like sardines waiting up isles that customers are trying to shop in. You have to shout to be heard through the plastic guard barriers as well. Ridiculous! Will not ever be back to fill a prescription or get a vaccine.

Be very careful if you use any discount cards such as manufacturers’ discounts or GoodRx here-they WILL overcharge you without warning. Kroger is a better option than here, Meijer’s home office doesn’t really care about their customers, or they would fix their issues, which include massive turnover & uncaring pharmacy technicians. They seem to get a little worse every month…

Chose this location because it was convenient to my work area and it has a drive-up window. On 3/11/21 attempted to pickup my daughter's prescription and the drive-up automated voice greeted me as usual but it took 5 minutes for an employee to pickup the headset and abruptly tell me the drive-thru was broken and I would have to come inside and they very rudely shut the headset off - no signage to indicate the drive-thru was not working. Called their corporate office and let them know. But they seemed unconcerned and said they were very busy with calls about COVID-19 vaccine. Tried to pickup again at 9:07am on 3/12/21 and this time only took them 2 minutes to pickup the headset and tell me the drive-thru was down and I needed to come inside. If I wanted to come inside I can go to ANY brick-and-mortar pharmacy and not be treated rudely. Called the pharmacy and asked to talk to the pharmacist and was told "it would be a while since they were doing COVID vaccinations." Called their corporate office to again let them know there was no signage and the actions of their employees and they wanted to know if I wanted to talk to the store manager. They are a department store - they have poster board and Sharpies they can make a sign if their drive-thru is truly broken. Told them it's not my job to tell them what need to be done to take care or their customers. They said they would let them know. Drove by at 2:00pm still no signage - time to transfer my prescriptions!!!!
