My family is very happy with the service received from Ludwig propane.We have lived in our house in rural BG since purchasing it in 2012 and have had Ludwig provide propane since day 1. Ludwig was the only company in the BG area that took the time to respond to an email inquiry for starting up a new service (I strongly dislike talking on the phone).The former homeowners company could not be bothered to respond to us until we informed them that they needed to pick up their tank when Ludwig arrived to set up the new tank.We lease our tank for the lowly sum of $1 ?.Fillups are usually handled within 48 hours if my wife calling to request a top off. I think the latest we've ever had was 72 hours, but that was when our tank was at 50%.Since we have a heat pump we only use about 1 500 gallon tank/winter. The price to fill is very reasonable.If anyone in the office reads this, I want to also express my gratitude for your drivers always closing and securing the gate when they leave. It's a small thing, but if you've ever had to chase down a wayward dog, you understand!5 out of 5!”

“Your delivery drive for me is very good but when times when i call for propane i am not real sure when i am going to get it. takes 5 to 7 days sometimes.
