Every time my doctor calls in a prescription it takes Days for them to fill it. Then I’m out of my medication and they don’t seem to care. When my automatic refills get called in, it takes Days for them to fill it. Now they’re closed on Sunday. It showed online four days ago that one of my prescriptions was in progress to being filled, and last night was my last pill I had, now they’re closed on Sundays so I’m out of my medication for tonight. This happens constantly. For years. The only reason I go there is because it’s right at the corner of my house, but I think I’m going to switch my prescriptions to Rocky River from now on. They are much farther away from me, but I hear they are much better over there. It’ll definitely be worth the drive to actually get my medications on time, so I’m not without it like today.

Walgreens is one of those drug stores that you really find what you want and need. They greet you walking in and their sales are really good especially cosmetics.

First time coming here, needed to grab some personal items while I was in the area. Overall it's an average place, it's well set up for the holidays. Walgreens brand of items is definitely as good as the big name brand. Staff was friendly, shelves are well stocked. Store is as quiet as a library.

A typical Walgreens but with atypical positive service with people who were willing to help me find what I was looking for. They have some things that are like like Fiji water in all the first aid supplies I need as well as some paper goods that help me in my travels.

I came here one day after work to grab something for my dad and this one was on the way. I was greeted when I first walked in the doors. I walked around all the isles and was asked by a few employees if I needed help. I didn't at that time. So I made my way down by the discounted Halloween stuff and found some nightmare before Xmas stuff. Then I saw mugs... on a 50% off shelf! So I asked an employee if the mugs were placed properly and she confirmed with her manager that they were. NBC stuff is considered Halloween and/or Xmas so I wanted to be sure before I got a surprise at the register. I got to the register and was rang out by a young woman named Tabitha. She was sweet and actually talked to me about the movie. I caught her interaction with an older woman before me. The woman was very slow and fragile. Tabitha didn't get frustrated with her and just let the woman do her thing and smiled the whole time. A woman behind me sighed because she was in a hurry I guess and the woman in front of me was slow. I was rang out without any issues and Tabitha had a smile on her face the entire time. Was a really great experience!
