I would like to recognize Nina at the Crocker Park store for excellent customer service. I live with post-op plantar fasciitis, and Vionic s is the only shoes that give me peace. Thank you for making my customer experience so pleasurable, nina!

Save yourself and go to a different store!! The customer service here is TERRIBLE!! There is a female associate that works there, that is completely rude. She didn't even want to wait on me.She didn't want to bother with going in the back and looking for shoes for me, so she took me in the backroom and showed me the ones that would be my size and left me back there to find my shoes. She also proceeded to tell me that my size is in high demand and there are hundreds of girls that come in every week and buy that size.I have never been to a store of that stature and had to look for my own shoes and feel belittled. I was so upset, I was holding back tears. I ened up leaving with NO shoes. So save yourself and go somewhere else!!

I have had a lot of trouble finding shoes that fit my feet properly because I have bunions :( I went in and Karen measured my feet and I realized I have been wearing the wrong size!! The first pair of shoes I tried on felt so good, I literally was in disbelief! I wore them out of the store my feet felt so so much better!!

We drove an hour to this location to find them Closed! Nothing noted on FB or Website. Should be some way to notify of their current hours. Folks behind us drove and hour and a half!

For a person with arch and heel problems, I have never found shoes more comfortable!! Love the 30 day trial, too!!!

Had previously had a great experience with a gentleman who works at this location. Went in recently and felt uncomfortable with a female associate at the store. Customer service needs improvement. Shoes are great. I recommend going to a different location.

I recently went in to make a big purchase since I came from out of state but, the lady was not very polite nor friendly. She seemed like she was not interested in helping me find what I wanted. If you are thinking of buying in this specific location, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Great place to buy good quality shoes. however I bought a pair of boots that were similar to the shoes I bought but a different name brand. I had to return them because they were a little tight in the toe box area. The salesman couldn’t believe my reasoning of them being too tight. I did however got my money back but feel reluctant to shop there again. For the amount of money one spends on shoes here, no argument should happen.

We just left Vionic Store in Crocker Park and I just want to say how wonderful the store manager Diana was! She was so helpful, friendly, and very informative! We just love her! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

It was quiet on a rainy afternoon when Diana helped me find the perfect shoes for my planter fasciitis. She took plenty of time and care to make sure I had exactly what I needed to support my failing feet. In addition, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the store's inventory and Vionic's full line of seasonal offerings. When something wasn't available at the store, she pleasantly offered to order it. I would definitely go again and hope she was working.
