I was looking for a new salon and I'm so glad I found vanity lab! Morgan was working at the front desk during my first visit - she was super helpful and sold me on my decision! She gave me a quick tour of the salon, offered coffee, and answered all my questions. All the stylists were friendly & professional -- I loved the whole atmosphere & most importantly loved my hair!

As far as the stylist are concerned they are very talented. If you want to feel welcome and important as a client the front staff person, Morgan in specific is very rude and unprofessional. Front desk people are important to any business and this young lady does not belong there.

I did not really like my haircut I got here. Products are very pricey, and you must have cash for tip! The beautician was super nice so even though I didn't really dig the cut I felt really bad not tipping, but no one told me on the phone that I had to bring a cash tip! I most likely will not be going back here again, but it is a beautiful salon.

I am always greeted warmly upon walking in and taken back in timely manner. The stylists are fashionable, professional and really good at what they do! Love the local vibe and support they give. Highly recommend.

I was a long time client at Vanity Lab and left after my long time stylist moved on. I decided to come back and my first experience with Ashley was great. She spent considerable time with me and gave me a fantastic haircut. The second left me waiting for over a half hour. Her assistant, Molly, was very sweet about it, washed and straightened my hair. By the time Ashley was ready, she blew off a question I had about something telling me there could be multiple answers, went on and on about how busy she was since she had been out of town for a combination training and vacation, etc. I had made my appt 8-10 weeks prior. She spent less than 15 minutes with me which resulted in an adequate haircut. Best part was her haircut went from $50 to $55 with no prior notice. I'm an understanding person and never got upset with anyone. Except myself. My time is valuable, too. I should have left after waiting for over 30 minutes. Instead, I stayed to be polite but in turn was made to feel uncomfortable, rushed and disappointed. I used to shop for gifts in the boutique section, but will not be back. It's unfortunate this talented person is too wrapped up in herself to notice she lost my business.
