BOYCOTT THIS STORE!!! They are uncaring and discriminating against disabled people! They refuse to come out and pick up packages for disabled people! They don’t have a wheelchair accessible front door! The cellular service in this parking lot is absolutely nonexistent!!!
I strongly suggest going to the Great Northern UPS Store. They actually care about serving their customers, unlike this uncooperative dump!

I always receive excellent service and assistance here. They never cease to amaze me with their patience and helpfulness. They must have tons of ridiculous questions and situations all day, but they never seem to let that affect the service they give. Today was no exception, Heather noticed that I had requested to return some thing at Whole Foods instead of at her store. She simply and clearly describe what I could do and allowed me to stay at the counter and fix it while she stepped aside to help someone else. Your kindness, efficiency, and helpfulness is so appreciated!
Highly recommend this business!

I dropped off a package worth $150 to be shipped back to the company I purchased the items from. This company uses USPS I had UPS store print my return label as I usually do and while I was there I asked if we should adhere the label to the box. The agent said that they would do so. The products have been lost. I’m out $150. Lesson learned.

Incompetent workers. Don’t know where any of their actual supplies are in store. Was unable to ship because the worker didn’t know what luggage handle tag was for the label.

I typically do not take the time to write reviews unless I have an excellent experience or a horrible one. Unfortunately, this UPS store has been nothing but horrible in their customer service. Zero customer service skills-no eye contact, no hello-zero knowledge of what they are doing-could not figure out how to ship something to my son overseas (the other UPS in Westlake had no problem)-and zero caring about the job they do. I am sure there are some decent employees there. But in the last 5 years I have not encountered them. I will never return to this store again.

The folks that work here do their best and usually succeed with smiles. Some people you just can’t make happy though. I’ve never had anything but a great experience there. Pet peeve-the people that park at the curb even though it says NOT to because I guess they think they are special?? If you are parked in a space like you should, it’s very difficult to pull out when they are there. And your fault if you back into them 🤨
The employees who have been there a while will do anything to help. Print labels for free, try and find you a box or envelope. I love this location!

What happened to the friendly and helpful service at this store? I’ve been in there twice now and one of the employees was sitting in the mail area and seemed agitated she had to get up and help me with my shipment. Then today, I brought an Amazon return and the young girl didn’t greet me, saw I had an Amazon return asked if I had a Q code and said it’s Whole Foods with a blank stare. The employees there used to be personable and friendly and helpful. The kids working there now don’t seem to care about customer service. I realize they don’t get paid hardly anything and that makes it difficult to find good help but maybe some training or incentives might benefit them.

Don’t bother coming to this location if you’re trying to do business right when they open up. Their employees never open the store on time.

I arrived at 6:50pm on Wednesday 7/24 to return some Amazon packages.
The store was scheduled to close at 7:pm.
There were several people waiting outside on the sidewalk who also wanted to ship their packages. One guy said he arrived at 6:40pm.
The door was locked.
The lights were on.
The employee inside ignored our knocks at the door.
