This specific UPS store has multiple people with poor attitudes. To say they delight in delivering bad news wouldn't be appropriate because they don't seem like they can experience the feeling of delight. Specifically the guy who looks like Willie Nelson, and the manager. In fairness, they seem reasonable when I have to ship something, but Amazon returns are never simple. The only thing I can make sense of is that they just hate processing these returns and they can't hide that hatred from customers. It is my fault for assuming Amazon returns at UPS could ever be as easy as Whole Foods / Kohls / Staples. I will try another UPS store next time its my only return option.

I know its very weird to rate a UPS store but honestly I could not say something about this UPS location. This is the BEST UPS location ever!! Awesome customer service and super quick!! I've never take more than 2 minutes there. Very efficient staff!!

This is the best u p s store ever! The nicest people were here, They are always helpful, And it's one of the few UPS stores that you get In-N-Out of very quickly. I would highly recommend it!

Hi I’ve been wanting to write this for awhile now… This is the best UPS Store I’ve worked with and I’ve worked with many as a result of my travels/moving; Stores in Louisville KY, Oceanside CA, and others. Everyone is friendly and works fast to complete the order! This is my go to store for shipping, printing, shredding and buying most any office supplies. Natalie may be the best and happiest customer service person I’ve had the pleasure to deal with!! Go see her for your shipping needs this holiday season! Merry Christmas!

Everyone is so nice and helpful when I need to ship stuff! They are knowledgeable and answer any questions I have! Even when busy they still take the time to make sure I am taken care of! I would rather come here than the actual post office any day! Fast and reliable and worth the money to ship my bubble mailers!

My recent visits to the UPS Store in Westlake have been incredibly frustrating. The customer service here is consistently subpar. Every time I walk in to this store, it’s always an issue. They always seem to have an attitude. the salespeople seem annoyed and impatient. It's as if they can't be bothered to assist customers who are trying to access their orders. Their huffing and puffing attitude is both unprofessional and unwelcoming. I've left the store feeling more aggravated than when I arrived. I hope the management takes notice and works on improving the customer experience.

this store is amazing. the entire staff is kind, helpful, and always a pleasure to work with. they make me feel welcomed EVERY time. i’m not sure what’s wrong with the people leaving bad reviews, because erin, john, natalie, and bella are the EASIEST people to get along with. those with the negative experiences i’ve read on here may need to take a look in the mirror…
