Erin was INCREDIBLY helpful and patient. I’ve never shipped anything international before so she explained everything, helped with the packing options (since box size matters), and patiently waited while I got a missing part of the address info. I was a fish out of water, but Erin made the process quick and painless.

This specific UPS store has multiple people with poor attitudes. To say they delight in delivering bad news wouldn't be appropriate because they don't seem like they can experience the feeling of delight. Specifically the guy who looks like Willie Nelson, and the manager. In fairness, they seem reasonable when I have to ship something, but Amazon returns are never simple. The only thing I can make sense of is that they just hate processing these returns and they can't hide that hatred from customers. It is my fault for assuming Amazon returns at UPS could ever be as easy as Whole Foods / Kohls / Staples. I will try another UPS store next time its my only return option.
