I wouldn’t order for curbside pickup. Just waited 20 minutes AFTER checking in online and in a designated curbside spot. After 20 minutes, I decided to go in seeing as there was a worker in the “pickup” station the entire time doing absolutely nothing. Then when I told her how long I was waiting in my car, she didn’t even apologize.

I usually have a great experience at Ulta but not on my recent visit. I needed to be matched for some liquid foundation. No one approached me to ask if I needed help. I decided to look for someone to help, but could find no one. I went to the hair salon to ask if I could please get assistance with the makeup. A person said she would be right with me. So, I waited…No one showed. At this point, I had spent too much time trying to get help and decided to leave. As I left, I saw the person who was supposed to help me at the front register. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of service at this location.

I visited Ulta with my elderly aunt today. Cameron treated her like she was his own grandma, picked some amazing products, and answered all of her questions. He was so patient and kind. Cameron, you're one in a million. I can't thank you enough for today.

If you want the color and texture of orange scarecrow hair, this is the place for you. Then to be all proud of what they just did to you, saying it's not orange when, Everyone else in society you come in contact with shakes their head, laughs or, is like what happened to you? A professional salon could not even, continue what I wanted so, had to go back to dark brown just to cover the monstrosity. The pic isn't orange clown hair? Everyone in Westlake, Cleveland, Lakewood and Mentor say ORANGE.

I was in the Westlake store location yesterday evening. Both my daughter and I made a purchase; Christmas gifts for someone else. As soon as you walk up to the sales clerk it's "give me your phone number ". Heaven forbid when you walk up to the counter the sales clerk would say to you, "did you find everything you need? May I have your phone number so I can see if you have an account with us?" There are no niceties at all. Just what is your phone number. Neither my daughter or I use our phone numbers since we don't shop there but once a year. As soon as my daughter finished her purchase she realized she needed to return two of the items. We immediately got right back in line. We were told by the next sales clerk that if she didn't have an account with Ulta she might be getting a reduced price on the returns. We are talking about 2 to 3 minutes with waiting in line since her purchase. They pressured her for a phone number. I am over this store! I go there literally once a year to purchase a gift for my sister. I won't go back. If I could give this store zero Stars I would.

During Thanksgiving holiday my daughter and I were in much need of a hair makeover. I walked in and was so grateful to get an appointment on the spot. Stef and Kalie took the wheel and we both walked out of there feeling like we were going a wedding or red carpet event. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing and talented they both are. My family absolutely loved our hair. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town and can’t Thank You enough!! -Lisa and Gia :)
