The Gathering Place (East and West locations) provides incredible supports to families / individuals touched by cancer personally, as caregivers, and for those grieving loss of a loved one due to cancer. Definitely connect with them to identify services and programs to support you and your family in cancer battle. The free in person Cancer Fighting Kitchen cooking classes are amazing opportunities to learn new recipes to support your self and your family in recovery or as working for prevention. There are so many ways they stand beside families in their cancer journey for which our family is incredibly grateful.

I am a caregiver for a family member recently diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. It is so overwhelming that I scheduled a 1 on 1 in person counseling session. Susan was great, letting me talk/vent and adding coping strategies, answering questions. I am going to try the caregiver group session for family and friends. The services offered to deal with cancer are amazing and all free of charge.

That is the GP mental health place I stayed at the mic Ridge house for almost three and a half months then I got my place up to do house I want to thank that GP and the Mike's rich house West Washington and my family the Barnhart

If you or a family member have had a diagnosis of cancer, this is your support group. Stop by, the volunteers are helpfull. Staff are knowledgeable. They have frequent groups. Lectures by experts. A library, and therapy rooms for massage treatments.I've gone several times. I'll be going more often. When you contact them tell them Joe sent you, they will say Joe Who...that's me...?to you...

Many services for cancer patients. Free wigs for women. Many programs: art therapy, music therapy, informative programs, yoga, tai chi. A lending library of resources about cancer and to assist with cancer treatments. Cancer patients can also sign up for massage and reiki treatments at no charge.My only complaint is that the entire thing is very eastern religion heavy with very few Christian or Judeo-Christian resources available.
