The service and techs were great 5 stars. I paid $113 or more for a full synthetic oil change and it’s simply out of my budget. I’m cheap and I can get it for less elsewhere. Won’t be back but it’s not their fault at all.
Water was cold ??
Oil change was quick
Customer service was prompt professional and welcoming
Check out was simple easy and quick as well. Would recommend

Should probably change your hours online. People may try to come at 5:15 on a Sunday because your online hours say open until 6. Pretty annoying to drive here then find out you are closed.

Very disappointed with service provided. Price was OVER $100 for an oil change!!! Acosta Oil (near Center Ridge and Columbia Rd in Westlake) nearby charges 1/3 of that for reference.
After service was completed, my car now has a rattle and the oil light is on. Tried to connect with them with multiple phone messages but not returning my call.

the gentleman that helped me was very efficient, friendly, pointed things out on my car & advised of a reasonable place to fix the problem (something that can’t be done by Take 5).

The young lady that I worked with there was very nice and efficient and on the ball. Very helpful. I left there that morning and went on a short road trip. I had to pull over on the turnpike because the cover that needs to be removed for the oil change came loose and was dragging on the freeway. Fortunately highway patrol was able to help me remove it
It’s trashed and will need to purchase a new one

Excellent service! Very thorough and they explain everything. Several suggested services were turned down by me but they didn’t hard sell ! Appreciate that I can choose.
