Salesperson was attentive and patient. She helped me go through a lot of different styles until I found the right fit and something I loved. Got 4 bras on buy one get one half off. So pleased and will save up for my next trip to get some sleepwear. Everything is so pretty and feminine., will definitely do a return shopping trip!

I have been a customer of Soma for years. The experience at Crocker Park this week was very underwhelming and disappointing . Not only did the associate stay on her phone when I came in the shop and while I was there, she never once offered to measure me (which they always offer to measure you for bra size), she was clearly disinterested in helping me at all. Obviously people have had different experiences than I did at this store, and maybe this associate just didn't want to be at work that day, but the customer service was abysmal. I will go to Nordstroms from now on for my intimate apparel.

Yikes. Snooty girls here. If you wanted to be sized or anything, I would not recommend this place. The fitting room situation is not ideal for fittings. On top of that, the sales team looked bored/confused. I once was a fitter, and I will say, I would be embarrassed to treat my clients the way they do.

Clean and nice bras, but pricey. It is good the sales associate was checking if we needed help, and helped when asked,.I do not agree with a different sales associate came back to check on us to ask if we needed help after seen us looking in the drawer where the bras were. to come back and ask if needed help like they did not want us do that. We were just checking a specific color. She asked if we new if we were looking in the right place. I know there may be a fine line between. Really trying to help and show SunTrust issues. So, a piece of advice to Soma, if you do not want the customer look in the drawer for the right size and color I the drawers.. put a sign saying 'please do not open. The drawers, ask an associate for an assistant."Thank you

This was the absolute WORST service I think I've experienced..I went with my 2 friends who are black..the sales lady kept completely ignoring them..there were no other customers..I had to keep asking her for help..she was insanely rude..and had a see through white, tight tee shirt on with 3 large belly rolls. My friend still bought her daughter 2 bras..I really don't know why..but hopefully she calls corporate..All I can say is I was mortified and couldn't get out of there fast enough!!!
