We were so happy that we chose this daycare for our son. My son hardly spoke English when he joined. Ms Stebbins and Ms Lucas took great care of him?. We are grateful to the entire staff of the school for their exceptional service. Their love and care broke his anxiety of shifting to a new country. My son learnt a lot here.

Paid the deposit and never heard back… one year lapsed and they wanted another deposit to stay on the waitlist. I asked for original deposit back and was denied by the owner. It looks like someone below had a similar experience.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Primrose School of Westlake. To call out directly some of the amazing folks all 3 front office ladies Hollie, Kara and Susan are wonderful! My daughters started from infant up to Pathways and had the opportunity to be cared for by Ms. Fennell, Steffas, Lucas (both), Espinoza, Ortiz, Bennett, Rohrer, Majoros and Haase. Every single teacher in the school cares so deeply for your children as if they're your own. I unfortunately relocated out of state and had to pull my girls out of the school and it was the saddest day. The team at that location became family over the 3 yrs we were there and I will remain forever grateful they were our girls' caretakers. Your children will be in loving, caring hands when you send them to Primrose School of Westlake.

We love Primrose School of Westlake! The staff are so kind, attentive, and get to know each and every child, regardless of their classroom. They are very well organized and professional. The school itself is clean and has many safety protocols in place. I trust the Primrose Westlake team entirely and feel so grateful knowing that my daughter is in the very best of hands!

We submitted an application in April to enroll my son for 3 half preschool days. We took a tour and I wrote at the top of my application his desired scheduled and we gave them $150 deposit. No one told me 3 half days were not an option. We called all winter and spring asking if my son would be enrolled and no one called me back. When I finally got a hold of Susan in late spring, I was told he “should be good.” Two weeks before school was supposed to start,I got a call and was told 3 half days are no longer an option. They told me I can pay for more time- even though we didn’t need that. I told them that this was never explained to me or else I never would’ve submitted an application. I asked for a refund for my $150 deposit and the regional director said no. Very disappointed and unprofessional. Two weeks before school is supposed to start and we are scrambling to find a new preschool! Clearly this school is all about money and does not care at all about communication or ethics.

We submitted an application in April for 3 year old preschool. During thein person tour, we told them my son was looking for 3 half days and we even wrote that the top of my application. They took our $150 deposit and never told me until 2 weeks before school starts that was not offered as an option ! They wanted me to enroll him for 5 half days and pay more-- clearly it's all about money with this school. When I told them we never would have submitted an application if we knew this was the case, they said we are not sure when anyone touched base. Well, I called multiple times this winter and spring to check and see if my son got in and no one returned my calls. I called again and Susan he "should be good." When I asked to speak with the director, I still never got a call back. I spoke with the regional manager about why this was not made clear to me and she refused to refund our $150 deposit and now we are scrambling to find him a preschool at the last minute. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

My 3-year-old daughter has been attending Primrose for preschool for two months now. Until that point she was home with me full time. I came to the point where I felt like Pinterest ideas weren't providing her with the stimulation she needed, and that it was time to start school. I checked out basically all the preschools in the area, and while I originally wanted a Montessori preschool, I am incredibly happy with choosing Primrose. Her teacher's are so friendly and knowledgable, the staff is caring and responsive. They have an awesome app where they send updates on what they're doing, what they've eaten, and images of them throughout the day. They all know her name even though she's only been there a couple of months. Another reviewer said they were money hungry. I just don't get that. There is a set tuition you agree to pay. You aren't getting charged hidden, random fees. I pay what it costs, and while it isn't cheap, few private preschools like this are. You get what you pay for here, and we are very, very pleased with our decision. Our daughter absolutely loves it and it's been a great experience watching her grow, learn, and make friends. I was super nervous about her being away from me, and they made the process smooth and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you're looking for preschool in the area!

Expensive tuition (about the same as Goddard or Le Chaperon) but the staff, including the owners are absolutely amazing- they are compassionate and attentive. My two boys love everyone and have enjoyed their time here. Clean, secure and plenty of space.
