Slowest tellers at any location I been too, stood in line for 10 minutes while they handled just two customers. I left

Not all, but some of the people hired are unfriendly/ passive aggressive doing their job and interrupt you while speaking. It was uncomfortable to ask them for guidance and explanation without getting an attitude or feeling that they want you to leave if you ask them more questions than they would like.

You have people waiting in line for over an hour at the drive thru. Your hours have also been cut back. This is what it must feel like to live in a 3rd world country. Grow a pair and open the branch

My family goes out of our way to go to this branch because the people are so helpful, upbeat, and kind! As a college student they taught me a lot and made things very easy for me.

These drive through lanes is not managed well there is always one car that take at least an hour. In those cases they should have them go in for assistance and have the other cars go on with there day instead of having them wait hours too.

The PNC Westlake Team led by Brian the Branch Mgr. are very professional, responsive and Super Customer focused. I've never left that Branch without an answer to my question.

Sat in line in the drive thru for 15 minutes trying to get a check cashed from my insurance company that was from PNC. Very clearly on the check it said payable through PNC bank. Sitting there for 15 mins w no explanation why; the woman finally told me that as I'm not anPNC customer I couldn't cash my check. I could come inside to discuss if I wanted. After sitting in front a very impersonal video screen of no one telling me what's going on; I don't think so. This is why I'm not a customer Went over to Huntington bank and they had no problem Cashing my check.
