The veterinarian, office manager, were an absolute delight to work with. Unfortunately, the one receptionist, Nanette, was disgustingly rude and disrespectful when there was a small problem with payment form. I loved going to Banfield up until today this was a new location for me since moving and I shall not be returning to this location and most likely will go outside of Banfield as this behavior occurs. The office manager told the receptionist to go in the back as she was continuing the disrespectful - as she walked to the back she couldn't help herself but to whisper rude remarks to another CUSTOMER!

My pet has been going to this facility since we moved to Westlake which is approximately 8 years ago. He was diagnosed for glaucoma and has been on multiple eye drops during this time. Recently, we needed a refill for one of these prescriptions and even though we had a regular well check 4 months ago, I was told the doctor that saw my pet was on vacation and we would have to come in and see another doctor to get this medicine refilled. I absolutely love the staff here, but unfortunately unless things change I will be looking for another vet. Banfield Pet Hospitals are very pushy on their wellness plans and they recently started charging a "technician fee" or "office visit" charge (depends on which location you speak to). Claw trim for one cat now costs ~$63 if you don't have the wellness plan. The wellness plan is not beneficial for me who only needs to bring in their cats for standard shots and claw trims.

I've struggled with my dogs nails for years because they grow so fast, and I was having them trimmed almost every three weeks at the vet. Brianna has made it possible for her to make it almost 5 weeks between nail trims, which is such a lifesaver because car rides are stressful. When we move further SW, I'll still go out of my way for the grooming at this shop. It's obvious that the employees here care about you, your dog and your experience in the store. I highly recommend shopping here.

I have always loved this store! I live in Avon lake but always go to pet supplies! Very friendly staff never had a problem! A young gentleman grabbed cat litter off the shelf for me and walked it to my car because I had my dog! He was more than happy to help!!
