Recently started coming here. Their website indicates they are open until 7 during the week, but apparently this location has changed to 6 without updating the website. I walked in at 6:04 and the door was still open, and the employee was still right at the counter but refused to help me with picking up clothes. Poor service, especially considering how expensive they are.Service: Laundry pick-up

The only complaint I have is that one time they gave a wrong reference number for my order. Of course when I went to pick it up I did not have the ticket, so the person searched by my name and found nothing. That was it. This person did not do anything else, did not even bother to look through the dozens of finished dry cleaning orders in the place. So I said I will look and found my order in about two minutes. So my complaint is not about the cleaner itself but with the worker who apparently did not really care if they lost my order. And this person did not care, and I had been going to the same place for over 15 years. Terrible. Still, I don't want to get this person in trouble, although they probably should get in trouble, so I wont provide any specific identifying information. Plus I don't want to get sued for defamation.... But it is al true. I don't go there anymore.

This place Rocks! Customer Service was great! Very friendly and they helped tremendously! I am new to the area and received an unexpected welcome to the neighborhood coupon from here in the mail. It covered my bed comforter and a winter jacket that is white (with a few dirty spots), and now it looks brand new! Thank you! ?

Not the best way to start off my day! So mind you today was my first day trying this place out. I was in a great mood and I went in 730a to drop off a few things since it's close to my work. I'm all hi how are you and I get the woman who seems to hate life with not even a good effort at a response. She asks for my phone number (which I repeat three times) and name and she asked if I was here before, I said no. She asked if I had a coupon, I pull out my phone because on THE WEBSITE there is a coupon and a "print" option. Before I even show her or open my mouth this rude and impatient woman starts saying no we don't have a scanner we can't take it from the phone, no we only take the Townsend or townsaver coupons- whatever coupons get printed and mailed out- literally didn't get to say anything. So finally I said well this coupon is on your website and I tried to show her- she just rudely repeated herself- so by this time i was over her attitude and I just said then I suggest you take the coupon off your website if you won't even honor them.
She goes- we have no control over that. Seriously?!?! Will NEVER go back to this place.

I use Pat's Cleaners on a regular basis, the people are friendly, the service is outstanding and most importantly they deliver every time with their same day service at an affordable cost - $1.09 for shirts with coupon. I use the Westlake location which sends cleaning out to the main North Olmsted location. Always delivers to the same day service I need for pickup at Westlake! I originally used them at the North Olmsted location while rehabbing from surgery, their drive through at that location was an added convenience.

I have been a good customer for several years now.
Today I went into Pat's Westlake with 6 wool sweaters for the fall cleaning
I was asked if I have a coupon of twenty-five percent off. I didn't have a coupon.
My order was for $50. I don't read those local trash coupon publications. As a result no sale and I will look for a new cleaner because of a silly coupon.
Why should a good customer be PENALIZED for not reading this trash?
If Pat's Cleaners were good business people they give ALL their customers the 25% discount. How much business does this silly program lose? Don't insult people by telling them about how much they LOST with out this silly coupon. I will never buy service from Pat's Cleaners again. This is no way to treat customers!!!
