Horrible experience the salesman acts like he knows everything doesn't allow you to make your own decision on the shoes you want tells you your doctor won't like those shoes . sizes you two sizes to big worst experience went to the one in Strongsville and low and behold the same rude guy was there thanks but no thanks .

Best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had! Can’t remember the name of the salesman, but he helped me find some new balance shoes that fit my feet perfectly and gave me support in all the right places. I have always struggled with that at other shoe stores

I'd like to take back the one star I gave. My wife snd myself were there just now and looking for 3 pairs of shoes for my wife. One person neing helped and finished up before us, long story short, he helped 2 people whi came in after us, continuing to tell us he'd be with us shortly. We walked out after waiting way too long. We went and spent over 400 at another store.

So i will begin by saying 2 years ago my experience was much better. On this particular visit 3/18/21 @ 530pm, I walk into store where there was only one associate working with a customer, no problem. I say hello, and associate sees me and continues speaking with lady without missing a beat never acknowledging my presence, ok. I continue to browse the store awaiting some sort of attention to my presence and it wasn't until the customer being helped says, " you can help the gentlemen", at this time i refused help before it was given and left the store. As a black male, i felt some sort of way in this non interaction. Must do better Lucky. Store was clean.
