“I cannot recommend Jack and JL Custom Clothiers enough. I had the most pleasant experience throughout the months leading up to my wedding. Jack was extremely helpful and friendly while picking out fabrics, colors, accessories, etc. He always made a point to be on time for every meeting and was always prepared.These are pictures I'll have for the rest of my life along with the memories. “Contrary to some reviews on here, I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful. Visiting from England, I was asked by one staff member if I was OK, I said I was looking for a particular cap. In the end all three staff in the shop were looking as it said there was indeed stock of the item. All three were looking for about ten minutes until it was located. Great service and packed to the rafters with great stuff! Thank you!”

“Went to the Jos. A. Bank location at Crocker Park in Westlake. Peter took care of me getting fitted for a wedding I am a groomsman in coming up in November. True professional, great to talk to & just overall a great guy. Had me in and out of the store with the suit that fit like a glove in under 30 minutes. Definitely recommend this store and working with Peter.”

“I went into Buckle looking for clothes for vacation. I was met and greeted by Chantel, who was incredibly polite and helped me select some things to try on. Chantel was informative, helpful, and lovely. I left with some very cute basics and dressy tops as well. I highly recommend shopping at Buckle, and I can't think of a retail store with better customer service! If you go, ask for Chantel- she is amazing. Give that young woman a raise!!”

“One associate that helped me was very friendly, I don't remember her name but she was working at the register and had dark hair. There were items I wanted to get but weren't in stock so she checked on the computer for me right there and was super friendly, and had remembered me from being in the store prior. There was also another sales associate who had blonde hair who I asked to check the size on the inside back of my shirt for me that I had gotten from UO that I was wearing, and I felt very comfortable and she was very helpful as well. The only thing was I wasn't asked if I had UO rewards but that was because I had told the cashier I had $5 off from being a UO rewards member. This store is very professional and friendly which I appreciate very much! Cute clothing too!”
