Marc's Stores in Westlake is a solid grocery store and a great Marc's, carrying a wide variety of goods from fresh produce and meat to closeout items. The store is always clean and well stocked, with a surprisingly organized discount area. The parking lot is large and well looked after. The employees make a great difference, with staff described as familiar, happy, helpful, courteous, and friendly. Many go above and beyond to assist customers. While most customers are nice, some can be rude. The shopping experience is overall nice with good produce and many good closeouts. Some shoppers wish the Westlake location offered rotisserie chicken. It remains a favorite and a weekly shopping destination for many.
Love the store. Never had any problems. The new location on Detroit Road is a bit tight. The self checkout lanes are convenient.

So many good closeouts, produce is good, overall nice shopping experience. BUT I wish westlake location got a rotisserie oven, I bet the rotisserie chicken would sell good here too!!
