From the moment we walked through the door, Juan at Lovesac was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and detail-focused. He never made us feel pressured to buy or add on anything — instead, he provided honest guidance and helped us thoughtfully consider colors, materials, and configurations. What really stood out was how engaging and kind he was with our 7-month-old while we were making decisions, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend working with Juan for all your furniture needs! He made the process smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable.

Amazing experiences at the Westlake store. If you're looking for pushy sales people that swoop on you when you walk in the door, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a place that makes you feel welcome, it doesn't get better than this. Go in, plop down on a couch , flop down on a pillow sac/super sac and feel the quality. Ask as many questions as you want, they are there to educate. This is not throwaway furniture, it is built for the long haul. Celina is beyond helpful and was patient with my 500+ questions and product flip flopping. Ohood and Yuliya went above and beyond to help every time I went to the showroom. If you're looking for furniture, do yourself a favor, research and then meet the team at Lovesac!

Small store, only 3 couches on display. Was expecting at least a full couch with each side being the same...instead they had one side of the L being long, and the other side being short. The heck?? Also, the whole time if you're the only person in there, you'll feel 3 peoples eyes locked onto you from behind while you're trying your hardest to not get distracted and be in the moment to feel the couches. This is just the worst way to experience a couch. I'll have to look for a bigger store to actually test these couches out.
Just felt very weird in there....we left very quickly.

Have purchased multiple items from this location. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with no pressure during the sales process. Had some issues with an item and the manager and customer support were great to work with to get it resolved quickly. Great experience!

Went into the store to look at buying a couch today. I was super excited about the couch and the speakers you can put in them. I looked around the store and sat on a few of the couches while I waited for help from one of the three at the counter. While waiting I got reprimanded for touching some blocks that one would assume are there for customers to figure out the arrangement of furniture. After that and not the slightest bit of help I left the store and bought elsewhere.

We are in the market for a new couch, my fiancé had done a bunch of research online on Love Sac and we were interested in buying. We were greeted when we walked in the store, three employees were standing by the register but did not offer to help. We walked around the store, tried sitting on the couches. They had small magnetic models of the couches, so I was moving one around to visualize the couch we’d want, and was rudely scolded by one of the employees for touching the model. This put a bad and awkward taste in our mouth at the store so we left. We’re disappointed to say the least.

I never considered purchasing this couch until I stumbled in a store. I am so glad I did! Super comfy, super customizable - we love it.This location specifically was awesome. The entire staff was nice and helpful. I’ll specifically call out Clark for proactively checking in with me, making sure I trusted the 60-day return policy….and when I got the entire thing assembled and realized I wanted different covers….he helped me execute the return. It was so easy!!! You rock Clark! I would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend!!!

I lived in Texas and now Illinois and I love shopping and ordering from this store for the past 3 years. incredible customer service. The last visit I accidentally left out one base cover set when ordering new covers for entire sofa set and when I called to order the cover I forget the store took care of it on Lovesac for me and there were no issues. Amazing store and customer service.
