Don’t ever purchase Liberty Mutual Insurance!!!1 year later and they can't figure out how to pay the benefits in the policy that my brother and sister in law were killed in an accident purchased, along with extra benefits that aren't required to be purchased! Horrible company

I only have them one star because I had to. I was a loyal customer auto and home owners policy. My payments due date was 12/8 I was canceled 12/12 and was told that in order to get a new policy I needed to pay the past due and the entire next year policy as if I wasn't an existing customer who never missed a payment before. Needless to say I am seeking another insurance company and canceling my home owners policy because I will stay at any company I am not valued as a customer

This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. I actually didn't even pick them. I bundled home and auto with Geico and got stuck with these jagoffs. They low balled me on a roof repair. What they approved doesn't even bring it up to code. Then they just ghosted my roofing contractor,refusing to return phone calls. I called them every day for weeks before I got a response. I made sure they received everything they wanted. Now they are telling me that it will be another 4-6 weeks to make a decision The damage happened in March. It is now almost Halloween and my roof still hasn't been repaired. They also prorate the roof on the age of it instead of replacement value. Save yourself some heartache and do not do business with this company.

Auto insurance costs have surged in 2023 to account for higher incidents of theft, higher car prices and repair costs. At least LM has a big advertising budget to entertain you with emu's as the cost of living spirals out of control in cuyahoga county. Some people say Cleveland gets what they vote for.

Liberty mutual put my home owners insurance in the wrong name and then refused to rewrite and cancelled us. We have worked with them since April. A neverending nightmare

I have been with this company for over a year no issues, I received a letter stating that I will be dropped from my policy, reason: roadside assistance being called 3 times..I have never missed a payment, no traffic tickets, no violations. I needed a tire change twice and a tow, which came with the policy that I PAID for! What makes the company more of a joke: they stated that they will report to my financial company AND billed for payment on April 15 while being dropped on April 21st.?? Stir away from this company…you have been warned.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. We filed a claim in May of 2022 and only a month ago (March 2023) finally got an (second) appointment to get our bumper fixed. Since we made our original appointment (October 2022), we have had horrible customer service- the insurance not letting us know our appointment had been canceled by them three months prior to the October appointment, our car being totaled and the valuation being calculated ELEVEN months after the accident with blatant lies about damage and not taking into consideration things that would make the value go up (heated seats and roof rack), our claims person (Adrianne Bryant) being completely incompetent and avoiding nearly every single thing we have asked her. We have tried calling Adrianne and getting no response, we have tried calling Christina Allen and getting no response, and Adrianne has taken her sweet time half responding to any emails we have sent.This has been an extremely horrible experience and I will never ever recommend Liberty Mutual to anyone. I will in fact let people know not to go with Liberty Mutual and to tell all their friends. It’s not a shock that there is nowhere on the Facebook page to even write a review.

I had been trying to get a copy of my sr22 for the last six months!!!!!! Every single time they say they sent it to me but nope no copy!!!!! Finally I was able to reach a intelligent person, Shareice!!!! That girl had emailed me my paperwork before we even hung up the phone!!!! She needs a raise and to be training the rest of the staff because they clearly don't know how to do their job!!!

I can't stand the fact that there are no agents in a office to go to with questions. Every time I call I speak to a different person and most of the time their kids are screaming in the background.
