Literally called to cancel my monthly and the woman who answered said a manager needed to do it. I kindly asked, well is a manager there and was told no. So my question is if you were calling on the left day of your membership then you would be charged another month?

I want to thank the sales team for saving me a trip. Signed up for a Guest Pass Online. Within 5 minutes I've had 2 texts and a phone call asking "When am I going to come to the gym?" I don't know, man. I'm at work. Then I get a personal text message saying my guest pass has been "deactivated." Save yourself time, folks. Don't go to this gym. Mens locker room is filthy and in disrepair. There is always standing water in the shower area. Some showers dont work or do not have hot water. Soap dispensers often empty. Wall paper is peelingoff the walls and the carpeting is gross. The sauna was out for several months about a year ago. It took forever just to get someone to do carpentry. Instead they replaced the benches with a TREX- like material. This composite product holds heat and makes it impossible to sit on without a towel. Staff very focused on sales and not service. Complaints go un-attended too and treated as if your a bother. It was not great as LA FITNESS, ESPORTA has shown a whole new level sleaze.

This is a fine place to get a workout in. Specifically GEORGE is the BEST front desk attendant at this location and DESERVES A RAISE ASAP.

Awesome gym. We always come here when we’re visiting family. Lots of equipment and space. Top floor has a track and punching bags. Yoga studio was useful. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Sauna is a major plus.
