I highly recommend Kleinhenz for quick friendly service. I have an old chain that they fixed twice on the spot. One repair was practically free and the other was ridiculously reasonable. Give them a try.

They just replaced my watch battery for $15 and took a link out of the band of a cheap watch that I love) for free. They were polite and friendly, unlike a nearby jeweler who wanted to charge $35 just to take the link out, and acted like I didn’t belong in their beautiful store. Thank you Kleinhenz!
