Love the items this store sells, but the majority of the people that work at this location are beyond rude. I ordered some new fall decorations and wreaths. One of the items I had to pickup in store at the Westlake location. The email to notify me the in store pickup was ready never stated how long I had to pickup the item. I made it to the store 7 days later. I first wanted to return one of the wreaths I had bought online that was shipped to my home. The wreath was shredding like crazy when attempting to unbox it and was already not as full as the online picture had shown it to be, so decided against keeping it. The lady Susan working at the counter had a huge attitude about the return even though the wreath was clearly never used, unboxed, & I had my receipt ready to go. Then when I provided my email for the order pickup she copped another huge attitude about not being able to find it. Another worker came to assist and had to explain they only hold items for 5 days and gave me a huge attitude about how late I was with trying to pick it up, even though my response had just been okay, I wasn’t aware of the hold time. To chastise me like I was a child when I am grown adult and just recently spent a decent chunk of money on fall decor is beyond ridiculous and uncalled for. Not sure who trains these people, but clearly the culture of this store is to be rude to those who come into shop. If you don’t like dealing with people, don’t work in the retail industry. It’s not my fault you don’t like your job! I’d normally chalk it up to maybe the individual was just having an off day, but sadly not my first experience of being poorly treated at this store. Will be my last time though as there are plenty of other home decor stores with friendly store employees deserving of spending my money at.

This is my favorite store to shop in, especially for holidays. I always find fun and interesting things for my home and for gift giving. Great selection and staff.

Love this store and the staff there. The fall merchandise is really great this year! Great selection and price. Come in and check them out. You’ll also get a sneak peak of Christmas merchandise showing up already.

I love visiting Kirkland's. They always have a really nice selection of items. Every time I visit I buy at least one item. Sometimes I go in looking for one thing and come home with something totally different. They have a nice selection of pictures in a lot of different sizes. You have to take your time and look at everything or you may miss something great!

Kirkland's is a great store for holiday decor, as well as every day decor. They have some beautiful items for reasonable prices.
