Katy Brahler, RE/MAX Above & BeyondThe Key words in that title is "Above & Beyond" because Katy went ABOVE & BEYOND from DAY 1!!!!She was simply AWESOME throughout the entire process. Beginning with her due diligence in researching and putting together a Competitive Market Analysis for the sale of our home, the AMAZING marketing video with all the special touches, and all the way through to getting us into our dream home in the city.Moving from and selling a house we bought 20+ years ago and going into a city Condo was initially WAY more then we had ever imagined. However Katy made it easy and less stressful because she had the knowledge, experience, and full understanding of the entire process. From the beginning to the end she was FIRST CLASS, lovely to deal with, responsive, guiding, and made our dream come true.Once we were all moved in she still checked back with us to make sure all the little things were taken care of!That alone made us secure knowing that Katy still shares in our excitement of realizing our dream. I do not know where to even begin with Katy Dix Brahler!!!Katy sold me my first home six years ago and has not only assisted me through later transactions, but friends and family (and honestly anyone I can hand a card) as well with the same resounding conclusion… KATY IS AMAZING.The difference with Katy is her humanity and determination to do what is right for YOU. Her level of professionalism knows no bounds. She navigates through homes and contracts like a seasoned pro and isn’t afraid to point out what may need repair or updating or what may not quite work for you. Our budget was on the smaller side, and that didn’t deter Katy from getting creative in finding listings that would work perfectly for us and still include everything I had on my wish list.
