Came to the shop looking for a sweater as a gift for a friend. The ladies at the counter greeted me with smiles and were eager to help me find what I was looking for within my budget. I was super impressed with how quickly they found what I was in search of. Superb customer service and beautiful sweater. The recipient loved it.
Plus, I came in just an hour before close. Whereas some shops would ignore you or be annoyed that you’re there late, they had no such attitude (unlike competing stores on the same block 🙄). Thanks J Crew Crocker Park!

Rudest staff. They don’t greet, they glare at you. Different return policies depending on the day. Girl, it’s a J Crew. Chill.

Went there on 08/24/25 they had 2 staff at the counter, the guy was friendly but the lady who assisted me at the counter was unfriendly and unapproachable. I’d rather to shop online than going to this store.

Nada was amazing and helped me find the perfect outfit for my rehearsal dinner. She was so lovely and took her time with finding the right size and color for me. She was truly so kind and really worked to make sure I had something amazing to wear. So grateful that she was there!!!

Ben was awesome! He was very patient and helped my mom and me pick out some nice button downs and gloves for Christmas gifts. He was very friendly and helpful, along with the rest of the employees at this location. Definitely the best J Crew I have been to and we will be returning!

Came into J crew and was glared at and followed by there sales associate, I also came to a do a return and the lady who seemed to be a manger was very unfriendly and failed to explain there return policy. I was a return customer to this establishment and thanks to there manger I will not be taking my business here.

Walked in last night and I was glared at by the sales associates. Not a welcome hello or an ask to help. I wasn't spoken to the entire 5 min of walking around the store and I was the only person there. I walked out and went to another store where they appreciated my business. It must be really bad working there to have such a poor attitude.
