“I am a little late on my review! I’ve been gone for about 3 weeks now, and have been meaning to post. I stayed here for approximately 65 days for work. Not only was coming to Ohio in general a great experience, but the hospitality I received at this establishment definitely did not go unnoticed. I’m not good with everyone’s names, but I do remember Kim. She works overnights a lot, and I worked late! So we became the best of buds lol. The gentleman with the really good style that can dress, I don’t know his name but he will know I’m talking about him bc I told him he had great style! The sweet girl with the red hair and always wore cute outfits. Ugh all of them were amazing at the front desk. The sweet lady that checked me out even signed me up for the rewards program which I didn’t know about. I even had a few encounters with the housekeeping that were very pleasant. They kept the rooms very clean, towels stocked, & sheets changed. All in all, this was essentially my home for 8+ weeks. I could walk to work, & tbh I didn’t want to leave Crocker/Westlake. Ohio has definitely left a special place in my heart forever and you guys played a part in that. I’m from St. Louis, but will be back. When I do, I know exactly where I’m staying. Thank you ALL for your hospitality. I appreciated you all from the bottom of my heart. Looking forward to a stay in the future and hopefully I’ll see you all again.”

“- Customer service on the phone while trying to book my room was very disrespectful! I asked to speak to a manager and he proceeded to tell me that he was the assistant manager, and he canceled my reservation for this coming Saturday however I wanted this hotel for my daughter to swim who is turning 8 on Sunday. She loves to swim and they have the best pool via the pictures.!!!Noteworthy details: My daughter loves water but she’s a winter baby so I wanted this hotel for her to swim with her siblings”

“Highly recommend staying here! I spend a lot of time in hotels due to near constant travel for work and have stayed at many Sonesta properties (they can be hit or miss). I was pleasantly surprised by this location across the board. Exceptional and friendly staff, well-cleaned rooms with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, lots of storage space, and the kitchenette & large desk was a bonus! I only wish I could’ve stayed and enjoyed it for longer. Do not let the hallways fool you, as the rooms seem to be updated at some point in the past several years and are in really good condition. It was also very quiet and there are plenty of food and stores nearby.”

“Extremely nice hotel in a nice quiet area within walking distance to everything you need. I stay at this hotel one night every week. Comfort Suites in Brunswick is the nicest hotel I've stayed at and I stay at a lot of hotels due to being away from home for work. Jean always makes the checkin process fast and easy. She is always very friendly and full of information about the hotel, the breakfast, and places you may like to visit in the area. The rooms are exceptionally nice and clean. The breakfast area is always kept clean and well stocked with a great variety of hot and cold foods. If I could give this place 6 stars I definitely would.”

“We stayed at the hotel on our wedding weekend. We also reserved block rooms for our guests and the hotel itself was wonderful. Our room was very clean upon arriving and the employees were so sweet that helped us check in and purchase snacks at the front desk. We also took advantage of the shuttles they have available. Our driver was very sweet, and everyone was able to take the shuttles from our wedding location back to the hotel safely. If you are in need of a location near this hotel for a wedding I highly suggest working with them and Taylor Pellegrini who took such good care of us when we were setting everything up with the hotel.”

“I've stayed at this Aloft multiple times; it's our go-to spot when driving through town. Located conveniently off the highway and near a mall, so there are a lot of amenities. Dog friendly; and they even have their own Aloft dog treats for your 4 legged friends! Clean, nice workersNearby activities: Bike trail; mall”

“A really decent hotel experience! Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well appointed. They had a pool and hot tub, pretty good (free) breakfast setup, and the area was quiet considering its proximity to a highway and hospital. If you’re looking for a hotel in the area, this is a solid choice.Rooms: Spacious and comfortable, suitable for doing remote work.Nearby activities: About 20 minutes from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame”

“We made a last-minute decision to stay here because our flight was leaving early in the morning and it was supposed to have bad road conditions from the snowstorm so we spent the night at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I was a little worried because of some of the bad reviews, but we were actually pleasantly surprised. The girl at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. When we opened the door to our room, we smelled... nothing! It did not smell musty or steel cigarette smoke.Yay! It was nice and clean. Like other reviews, said the hotel is a bit outdated - the flooring and the artwork are out of style.But for convenience and a clean room, it is a good place to stay.The only downside was that they did not have any coffee in the lobby. My husband likes to get up early go downstairs and work while I sleep in and there was no coffee to be seen. We mentioned it to the desk and apparently you can go downstairs to the restaurant and grab a cup of coffee for free. So we will know for next time. But now you know so you won't have to ask.We would go back here and I think you guys should try it out. It is not the Taj Mahal and it is not super modern and stylish but at least our experience was a nice clean room that was comfortable.”

“The staff was great and the kids loved it The kids got some fun books, we all colored pages for the hotel contest and the candy sales at the front desk made our adventure outing that day more fun. The pool is great and the breakfast is hard to beat we all had fun with the pancake machine.Food & drinks: Huge breakfast and the juice, fruit and hot drinks are available 24/7.”

“It was a great stay. Clean and quiet. Price was great and in a good location. Only thing was, there seemed to not be a lot of staff.a few of us needed help at front desk and they were away for a long time with no way to let someone know we were all waiting for someone. This would not affect us from staying again however.”

“Location was a 4 star just because it felt like it was in a bad location as in a small area. The parking lot seem to be small but I did give it a 5 stars because they were remodeling the entire hotel and it was very nice inside. Big clean rooms, excellent breakfast choices. The pool was closed because they were remodeling. There are places to eat and stores down the road. We were in the area for one night for a wedding and this hotel had a better price compared to others.”

“I picked this hotel due to the location and shuttle services to the Cleveland International Airport. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I wasn't a fan of the tiny elevator. I could barely get the luggage cart to fit. The phones in my room were not labeled with the appropriate names such as room service or front desk. I pressed the buttons trying to schedule a wake-up call, and it did not work. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. I would probably stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.”

“I am very pleased with my stay here. My room was very clean and smelled good also. The staff and housekeepers are all very nice and they always have everything thing you need. They also have washers and dryers which is great!!! “This was by far the cleanest motel I’ve stayed at.. The service was great. I didn’t ask, but I appreciate the fresh towels and changing my trash. Just overall above and beyond. Will come again! “This hotel is a hidden gem! The room was clean, the temperature and the water pressure in the shower were perfect, and the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in. The pillows weren't very firm or fluffy, though, so you might want to bring one of your own. The air conditioner worked well too. Tip: it's an energy saver, so your best bet would be to set the temperature a few degrees cooler than usual in case the fan shuts off during the night. And the staff was very welcoming. We'll be back again soon.”

“Came in late at night and left early in the morning. Seemed Very cool & quaint and only thought was I wish I had an actual day here to check it out AND make a fire in the fireplace. If i ever go back to the area, this is where i am staying!!Noteworthy details: Very clean”

“I have stayed here several times and have never had a problem. The front desk staff is always polite and helpful. The rooms have always been clean and have had plenty of towels and toiletries. The hotel is pretty quiet too. THe only problem is the elevator is down once in a while but not for long. Great place to stay, would recommend it to anyone.”

“I would give negative if I could. We were in a bind, late flight and couldn’t get a car to our destination and all hotels we called were booked. I thought at 1am that I’d be happy with anything and how wrong I was. The room smelled so bad even my kids commented on it. It wasn’t just smoke but maybe also pee? I wanted to burn everything that touched that place. The most disgusting experience I have ever had.”
