This store is poorly managed with inadequate staffing. There are dozens upon dozens of rugs that have been packaged and unopened for over a month. Even though they are all tagged, the store worker is claiming they can’t possibly sell them to you without a manual login to a paper book. It’s hard to believe that and shame on them either way. I have never seen so much merchandise in a store. Pay more and move the merchandise!

Workers attitude sucks the lady at the register gave my mom and sister attitude and another worker was dragging a white carpet on the floor and got it dirty don’t shop here the workers are garbage

The “remodel” @ the store (Westlake) is very well done. It is now exceptionally organized. Before, I could barely leave without finding something I “need,” now I can barely leave without 3 to 5 something’s I need! Lastly - staff is helpful and knowledgeable and always have been.

Lots of home furnishings, art, rugs and furniture. Just about anything for your home although quantity and matching pieces may not be available. Many one of a kind items too. Inventory changes frequently.
