I had trouble checking in online so I drove up and a Donny got me booked quickly. Suites and Kings were the same price so I went ahead and booked the suite. Large spacious room. Nice area. Free parking. And they have cookies at reception. :-) thanks Donny for getting me in and making sure my night stay was added to my account.Cynthia

Rooms: Room was as expected. Simple but clean and had everything we needed.Food & drinks: The breakfast was great. Many fresh, hot options, plenty of food for the crowded weekend we were there.

Very disappointed. Website showed a beautiful pool. When we got there it was under construction and we're given no notice. Huge disappointment when traveling with kids.

Pool and hot tub not working as promised. Worst part is ever time someone flushes there toilet you can hear it all night long.

The staff here are so friendly!!! The girl that checked us in was so most happy, friendly, and accepting host I have ever had at any hotel stay! My room was spacious and tidy, the bathroom was great with a huge shower! 1000/10, will stay here again!

I was not a fan of this hotel. The service on the night of check-in was horrible. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Me my husband and 2 children. We got a room with a king bed. When we asked about it they moved us to a different room and still, there was only a king bed but there was a couch. The couch mattress was disgusting. We asked for sheets and pillows since we did not get the 2 beds. The night person gave me an extreme attitude about the request. We asked if we could get the adjoining room. We were told it was not available that night but would be the next night. We said we would like to also have that one and we would gladly also pay for it. The next day when we asked about it we were told it was not available and they didn't know what to tell us. Once again a very poor attitude.Also, the whole hotel reeked of Marijuana. It was really strong in the hallways. I realize it is legal in most states but come on this was a hotel and there were a lot of families with small children all over the place. It was very overpowering.Overall the room other than the couch mattress was clean.The elevators were large and quick.

Rooms were good, clean and smelled fresh... Moved some furniture and found some chips under the chair... Other than that the staff was excellent and the breakfast was great...

The hotel itself was great, very clean, staff was very polite and courteous.If you are not traveling with children or need any type of sleep do not choose this hotel. It seems to be a party hotel for children. Loud music and running up and down the halls until well after midnight. Started again at 6am. The staff was aware of the loud guests and did nothing to mitigate.

- Customer service on the phone while trying to book my room was very disrespectful! I asked to speak to a manager and he proceeded to tell me that he was the assistant manager, and he canceled my reservation for this coming Saturday however I wanted this hotel for my daughter to swim who is turning 8 on Sunday. She loves to swim and they have the best pool via the pictures.!!!Noteworthy details: My daughter loves water but she’s a winter baby so I wanted this hotel for her to swim with her siblings

Great stay and especially loved the heated indoor aquatic area/ pool. The management team and Mckenna did a great job. McKenna went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience and stay.
