Had a problem with your computer systems and the old skinny guy working there did nothing but escalate the situation with his attitude. On top of his shitty attitude he tried to tell me I didnt pay for my sandwich when I came back from the café trying to get a refund because you were out of salami. He clearly has no business in front of any computer system.

This car wash destroyed my new Chevy Traverse. I keep a very good eye on my car after someone hit my door recently and made a dent. I will look to pursue any legal recourse to get these damages repaired. This is unacceptable from a GetGo car wash, I am extremely angry and frustrated. Please avoid.

Some workers here are really good especially later in the day, but as a person who works near by the two old men that work counter in the morning are rude and only hassle u when u come in, one of them asks for an ID everytime u come in even tho they've seen u before, it wouldn't be that bad if he scanned it but he snatches it out your hand and proceeds to look at it for 10 seconds I grabbed my id back and gladly went to the shell across the street where they scanned my id and I grabbed my items

I love this place. The staff and management is great. Super friendly and they take good care of their customers. I will definitely keep coming here. Also, they have great vegetarian options on their made to order food menu.

If I could go lower, I would. The food I ordered was a chicken ranch wrap and mac and cheese. First, the chicken was luke warm, second the mac and cheese was ice fricken cold. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

This store needs to replace the cashier Stacy. She was so rude that I almost left my purchases on the counter. The store was clean and well stocked. Just a cashier that is rude when you need to check out and rude while cashing out makes this a place to just skip.

The Chicken Sandwich with bacon and Grilled chicken with Mushrooms. Theses Sandwiches are Very Delicious, we really Enjoyed the Sandwiches. The Donuts are fresh. Etc

Today I purchased a container of watermelon for $6.99. ( about 8 small chunk pieces). I walked out of the store, I ate 1 small piece. I offered a piece to my girlfriend just to make sure I wasn't crazy. The watermelon tasted terrible! Flat out nasty. I'm guessing it just wasn't ready to be cut and sold it or it was spoiled. So I go to the clerk at the cash register, I explain to her the situation. She states that multiple people have complained about large containers of watermelon. We laughed and continued to joke about how bad it was. She smiles and laughs than states "I'm sure it's not a problem along as you have your receipt or used your giant eagle card" Ofcourse, I had my receipt plus I used my card. She gets the manager for the refund and the manager tells me she won't give me a refund . I ask her what the problem is? She states that those containers are shipped to them and they have no control over quality. She was rude, and repeatedly told me she couldn't help me. Wouldnt allow me to speak. I don't believe that GetGo would not allow a customer to return " bad container" of watermelon to the store with a receipt. Honestly, if the manager wasn't rude and confrontational towards me I wouldn't be doing this. She was very tall, super thin, long greasy hair. Had the "dirty look" I would be careful on buying any fresh food. It's unfortunate, the fresh section is so expensive already. I spend my hard earn money to eat healthy. I depend on the GetGo section while I work daily. No breakfast that day and left me in a bad mood and a bad taste in my mouth. I stopped by my neighborhood GetGo. They stated they would of accepted the return with out issue.

Paid for the $18 showroom clean and left with a flat tire. As I was guided onto the track and going through the car wash, I heard an abrupt loud noise around my front left tire. Moments later, completely deflated tired. Funny thing is, I paid for the showroom cleaning because it specifically included the tire wash and shine.
Now I’m at the dealership getting my tire looked at it.

Management should shut the wash down till it is properly working. Poor workers always have to manually scan my tag cause their scanners aren’t the same in every wash

The food is Always so surprisingly good for being a gas station. The staff is friendly and although I am not in often they remember me and what I like. I will drive further just to stop at this location versus another because others are not as well maintained as this one.
