Flower Port did an incredible job on an America the Beautiful bouquet for a dear friend’s wake. The flowers and presentation were gorgeous, exceeding my expectations. Their staff is not only friendly but truly show they care about their customers. I highly recommend this business. I called from Florida and had a beautiful arrangement sent in 30 mins to my grandmother whose bday slipped my mind. After 3pm! That is customer service like no other and so hard to find these days. Great price too! The flowers were beautiful and they saved my day!!

i called this place to order a bouquet for my mom's interment and asked for a dozen yellow roses - her favorite. lady asked for my budget and i said 100-125. then she asked if i wanted any other fillers in the arrangement - probably to justify they charged the full amount for a HIDEOUS arrangement of roses well past their prime, RED and PURPLE flowers in a vase that fell over the minute you set it down. this was for outside, in december. when i called to complain, owner could have cared less. this place deserves to go out of business. i could have made something more beautiful for my mom if i went to giant eagle - just sick.

We couldn’t be happier with the flowers Carla designed for my daughter’s wedding. We just told them the theme, colors, and budget , and she created the most beautiful bouquets and corsages for us! I would not hesitate to call on them again!

I ordered flowers for a memorial service in Westlake. Since I live out of town, I called them directly to place the order. I knew exactly what I wanted and I was assured it would turn out exactly as pictured on their website. It was delivered the day before the service, and the lady who arranged it also sent me a picture before delivering it. I was very happy with my experience. I will order from them again!

This is now my go-to florist!Cindy knew exactly what I wanted to help celebrate a friend's newly minted status as a US citizen. Cindy and Carla designed and delivered this delightful, artistic arrangement (across town, no less!) super fast and in perfect condition. Needless to say, it was well received.
