The Eddie Bauer at Crocker Park is always a top notch stop.... not only is the team there amazing and super helpful. They have a great selection. Would totally recommend you stop there next time you're in need of things while you're exploring the world!

Not a great experience at the store. Quality used to be great but not anymore. Staff not helpful. Customer for last 10 plus years and frequent visits to store for purchases had been part of my weekend fun activity. but will not visit the store anymore. Most recent visit was very disappointing !

The people that work here are great. Positive attitudes and very helpful. I love the clothes and coats at Eddie Bauer, although a little pricey, worth it because it's quality and they have a great warranty. This visit, Jen & Ben helped me exchange a coat that I was having issues with. Ben was new (although at first I couldn't tell, he told me) but had great confidence and was very friendly. His manager, Jen, gave him the space to try this return on his own and he almost did it but there was some confusion so she stepped in. Great team work and great interaction amongst them. I felt like they were friends of mine and we were figuring it out together. It was resolved and I got my new coat. I was very pleased.

I went to Westlake store where I bought my Eddie Bauer shorts to exchange for a pair that are not defective. Did not ask for a return or any money back. Just a pair with a working zipper. Because I was not a rewards member and did not keep my receipt. They denied this transaction. Even tho I have plenty pants and other merchandise. This will be my last purchase. Manager was not helpful. And would hope this company would stand by the quality . I changed my review due to the district manager emailed me and sent a gift card to make things right.

They don't deserve even 1 star! Be ware of Eddie Bauer shipping packages to you, you pay for it but may not receive your item. My husband ordered a coat, a gift for our daughter, earlier this month. When checking FedEx tracking, it was listed as delivered. Reached out to resolve matter, should be easy right, ohhhh noooo! FedEx said "they can only talk to shipper regarding this delivery". So, reached out to Eddie Bauer, to get a refund for what I did not receive, and was told "they do not consider a package to be "missing" until 15 days after shipping date" meaning I can't get my money refunded until after when the gift was suppose to be given. Will not be purchasing anything from Eddie Bauer again, and would not recommend them to anyone!!

A wonderful shopping experience. Great product and helpful, attentive staff. Found one thing I was looking for and ordered another. The only problem was FedEx never delivered the package to my door and trying to get a hold of them to explain my situation proved useless. However, I would recommend Eddie Bauer most highly!!
