As if it wasn't difficult enough to speak with a pharmacist at this location to begin with, there is a new automated system that puts you through (literally) three minutes of prompts, only to lead you to leave...a voicemail!? I can't TALK to a pharmacist to ask why they haven't filled the remainder of my 90 prescription that was filled 27 days ago with only 30 days of medication because they didn't have it in stock?! The medication that I couldn't take for a day because they didn't have it in stock the first time!
This pharmacy has become unreliable. Rude pharmacy staff. Not stocked with medication. Horrible!

Not sure they care but they have worst drive thru service I’ve experienced. I’ve been coming here for years and putting up with terrible service especially the drive thru. They really need to start measuring average wait times. Maybe it’s time for me to start going somewhere else.

Color for the google photos that were printed at CVS was terrible. White cabinets turned out very yellow, and they don't look that way on my computer.

Great pharmacy, but some of the employees are horrible. I had an older blonde woman (employee) stand very close behind me and watch me complete my whole check out (she did ask me if I wanted to check out with her but I said “no” because I wanted to go to self check out because I am naturally an introvert), even though I was at cvs for an appointment and to pick up my medication. I felt like she was waiting for me to steal something even though I wasn’t. it was a clear case of micro aggression and there was no need for her to stand so closely behind me and watch me check out all my items. when I told her how I felt and that it was weird that she did so, she smiled at me like she knew exactly what she was doing. I come to this CVS to pick up all my medication as I am a sickly person, and I do not appreciate this.

WORST pharmacy EVER!!!! I had to wait 30 minutes just to be seen!! Employee looked like she didn’t want to be there. She didn’t even apologize for the wait! Just an overall horrible experience!

I went to the drive thru with FOUR of my children today at 1pm to pick up a prescription. I was told to come back and it would be ready before lunch at 1:30pm. I pulled back in at 1:26. The cvs employee spent 4 minutes talking with a customer, looking back and seeing me the entire time. As soon as I started to pull through, he slammed the window shut and put a board over the glass. I can understand if I got there at 1:30. But I was there in time.Absolute worst pharmacy and worst customer service ever: I will be transferring all my prescriptions else where!

Not sure why I'm even bothering to write this since it's clear that they just don't care! However, I feel I must vent a little. THE WORST PHARMACY bar none. Rude beyond belief. Perhaps in their home country insinuating the client is lying or ignoring them all together is acceptable. Here, it is not! On several occasions either myself or a family member have used the drive through or in store counter and have been treated with such lack of customer care it's truly appaling. I do not expect white glove treatment but a simple "hello" or "how are you" or, heaven forbid, a " thank-you" is simple common courtesy. It's also not just one bad apple. It's all of the pharmacy staff. I'm at the point where I'm a little concerned that they are handing prescription medications when they clearly feel the customers are an inconvenience.

If I could give no stars I would but have to give one to post the review. The minute clinic staff is rude as well as the pharmacy. I would not go there at all. They don't need to be so unprofessional and it's obvious they hate people as well as their jobs. They need a haul over and hire people that actually have the ability to see past themselves. Disgusting .
