My wife and I have lived here for over two years and love it! We live in the Ovation building which is the newest and most modern. We are within 2 minutes from Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Graeter's Ice Cream, First Watch and 3-Palm's restaurants, Bahia Bowls and a multitude of restaurants, shops, bars, and an IMAX theater. We receive resident discounts to many of the stores and restaurants. We love our apartment, the apartment staff, and the amenities. They schedule activities for the residents to socialize such as "Thursday-night Trivia", "Wine-Down Wednesdays", and various others throughout the week. Their maintenance team is amazing!! We submit our maintenance requests through or phone or computer (and can include a photo) and a maintenance person arrives the same day, usually within an hour, sometimes within 10 minutes. (Don't submit a maintenance request and then get in the shower). The maintenance team fixes everything from burnt-out light bulbs to anything more complicated.
It is expensive, but compared to similar apartments in Pinecrest Shopping Center (similar high-end shopping center), it is less expensive and the amenities are better.

RUN from crocker park living. The apartment walls are thin and can hear all the street noise. The mail system is abysmal too. The room is chaotic and they dont give each building their own mail room. MOST IMPORTANTLY the management and rental staff are horrible. When I was working with them to find a unit they failed to tell me the one I selected was a handicap unit. My mom and I talked to THREE different staff members and not one of them mentioned it. We even questioned why the square footage is different. I found out only once my movers I spent thousands to hire had already moved everything in the unit. I now have a small shower with no curtain the size of a box instead of a tub and glass door. Also no garbage disposal. Their offer was a 300 dollar credit to hire movers for a new unit which is laughable. I read the entire lease and the handicap aspect was not in there. The parking garage is free but a cluster to park in every day. Overall not many positives and way more negatives.

I love it here! My boyfriend and I have been living here for 5 months and have had such an amazing experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful and it is a wonderful place to live! The LINC has such great events as well! Love meeting new people here!

I moved to Crocker Park last March from VA and have enjoyed living in the town center so far! The atmosphere is excellent, the staff is accommodating, and there are always fun things to do!

I moved into Crocker park last month and so far everything has exceeded my expectations. The location is so convenient and the discounts at all the restaurants and stores are great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.

Crocker Park is a great place to live. Lively and fun but not too noisy. There is always something going on from resident events to weekly farmers markets to different events around the shopping area. From November to February, the entire Crocker Park looks like a winter wonderland. It’s a safe and family friendly community. Everything is well kept and clean. Maintenance is very quick to respond and will usually come same day or next day. Our heater recently broke and it was fixed in a day! Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live so far and I would definitely recommend!

A great and safe place to live while still getting that 'city' feeling. We love it because you can walk anywhere; from grabbing your grocery's at Trader Joe's to grabbing dinner at one of many restaurants.

I have lived here for 5 months and I love every minute. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The park is always clean. The events that are hosted are so much fun, especially trivia night. Great place to live.

I have lived in Crocker park for almost 2 years and have loved every minute of it! My apartment is very quiet and I feel very safe living here. So many shops and grocery stores within walking distance. Definitely recommend living here!

I knew a little about Crocker Park from visiting my son, but after moving here, it is so much greater than I ever expected!The staff is absolutely top notch! Professional, accessible, kind, and fun! The events they plan for us are plentiful and something for everyone!I am 67 years old but have found the residents of all ages to be warm and welcoming! It's like a great big family!Maintenance is prompt, efficient, and kind! What a relief to have issues addressed by trustworthy people who sincerely care about our living spaces!The landscaping is exceptional, and I've seen for myself the snow removal is remarkable!Security is seen often. Nearly every time I look out my window, I see them walking the park! Talking to them, I see they take their jobs very seriously!The best word to describe Crocker Park is ALIVE! That's exactly what I needed and I enjoy it immensely! I feel safe and cared about!

Crocker Park is a great place to live! The surrounding area is super nice and safe. I really enjoy the city feel with all the shops and restaurants.Management does a great job with the upkeep of the apartments and overall complex.I recommend Crocker Park Living for anyone looking in the West side of Cleveland!
