I love this daycare! I brought my oldest here when she was 8 weeks old in 2018. My youngest two kids attend here still. I recommend Creative Playrooms to anyone I know who has kids in daycare. The teachers and the director are amazing and my kids absolutely adore them.

Creative play rooms is everything I looked for in a day care. The staff is friendly, caring and involved. The kids are active all day long with not just their bodies but their busy brains, too!

I unfortunately don't have anything positive to say about Creative Playrooms. Saying they treat their employees & kids poorly is an understatement. This facility is run by older catty women who push out good workers, who only want what's best for the kids. They live for the drama, not the well being of your children. Please keep your kids safe & happy, look into alternatives!

My husband toured the facility and explained when we would need childcare to begin. They called me to see if I would also like to tour. I went in for a tour and the woman made it sound like a spot would be available for our child. I said I was interested in paying my registration fee. The woman took my info and said she'd send me the form. No form was sent. I called twice and left messages. I never received a response. Horrible way to run a business.

If you're a current parent or prospective parent - I highly encourage you to visit The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services website to view the school's most recent inspection report. As a prospective parent for January 2015 care, I was extremely disappointed to see that they didn't meet compliance in two areas. Even more disappointing - the conversation had with a "leader" in the organization, Joan Wank, about the report. The lack of customer service was astounding and if that's how she runs her business, I highly recommend looking for child care elsewhere. Terrible experience.
