Had to pay a $165 "diagnostic fee" just to recieve a quote that was $500 - $600 more than what not one, but two, competitors were charging. Both mechanics I got second and third opinions from stated that the Conrad's labor estimates were grossly inflated, not to mention a 120% mark-up on the part my vehicle required. Beware of these predatory practices and take your car elsewhere! I ended up having the work completed at the Westlake Mr. Tire...it's located about a mile down the road and was $600 cheaper, with $0 in "diagnostic fees".

Took my SUV in on Monday for a nail in my tire. They said it would be an hour or two wait unless I make an appointment. I show up today for my scheduled appointment and I’m told it will be an hour and a half wait.
Went to Autozone bought a tire repair kit and fixed it by myself out in the cold in about 15 minutes.

I’m a new customer at Conrad’s I took my car for the third time this year and I have read some bad reviews but I wanted to try the service and judge for my self instead of reading couple of bad reviews… and I must say they gave me great service and didn’t make me wait forever took my car in fixed it and I was on my way… I dealt with Bryan he is a good guy kept me updated and gave me an estimate and made the process easier… I will definitely be going back there in the future.

I was looking to get an alignment done and called around, Paul, the store manager answered and got me in quickly and had me back on the road very quickly. Outstanding customer service. Great prices compared to others and quick! Thank you again will be back

Great service today on a Saturday. I did not have an appointment and they got me in to patch a tire that had picked up a screw. I would recommend Conrad's to all.
