“Went into Best Buy to purchase a TV. The purchase went Flawless salesman was more than helpful in finding a model that suited my needs. I was looking for something cheap but had good quality. Thing that I was going to put in an enclosed trailer that is like a hurricane on Wheels I wanted something that could take a little bit of a beating. Went with an open box Hisense u7k. Being that it was open box got it for less than half price. About the only problem was they forgot to wrap it up and I had to wait around for about an hour. After going back inside and notifying them that I've been waiting they immediately helped bring it out and put it in the truck.”

“Just moved here from out of state and we were expecting a TV to be delivered at our old house out of state. We didn't hear anything like we were told we would, so I talked to the GM Chuck while I was shopping and he was able to reach out to the delivery driver and call me later with a delivery window. I appreciate the effort and follow through! Excellent customer service.”

“Had a great experience at this store. I brought my iPhone in for repair. Came back just before they closed to pick it up, and had to stay until almost 11pm. But the manager (Lori) stayed with us. Never was rude or acted bothered by the situation. Nothing but helpful.
They replaced my iPhone with a new one and I left with a functional iPhone!
I’d say overall this store is helpful, informative , and they will work with you to get you what you need.”
