“NELLI, you are super kind and so caring of your customers!! I do not bank with chase but every time I come to this branch Nelli has a smile on her face, soft spoken and takes care of my needs. I am a coin collector and most banks (even my own bank of 14 years) denies me buying coin rolls or tells me they can’t give me bank wrapped coins because they have to get rid of customer wrapped coins first. Ive gotten too, many customer wrapped coins and they are in horrible shape or like always they are short. Nelli goes above and beyond to get me what i am looking for even when the other bankers claim to not have the rolls.”
“The staff at this branch is fabulous. I don’t have an account with this bank but had two encounters six months apart. During both experiences the staff was kind, helpful and professional. Today, I went to this branch for help with addressing fees incurred on an estate account. Branch manager Hashem Saleh helped me resolve an issue that I’d been struggling with for months. “I went here to buy some Euros for an up coming trip. The clerk was perfect and very efficient. I appreciate the great help and extremely fast service. I was able to pick up the Euros the next day. There is no service fee if you buy over $350. in Euros and have an account. The exchange rate was very competitive.”
“This is legit the best Huntington I ever been to. I’ve been on multiple occasions and dealt with different people and the service is always top notch. I’m fairly young and do most of my banking online but on the occasion that I do have to go inside a bank this is the branch I choose. I needed a check and the banker explained the two types they offered without making me feel dumb. She even helped me with envelope and stamp because I needed to get the check mailed ASAP.”

“I've had a business checking account at this Key Bank well before it opened (was at different location, got moved when they opened this one and closed other one). Obviously if I kept it this long I've been satisfied. Today, I had an issue with my account that was 100% my fault (transferred incorrectly). I called, admitted my error and explained the situation to the manager I believe named Jen. She had to do some "stuff", make some calls and eventually fixed it for me. Did not have to do this as it was my fault. I didn't tell her my screw up was because of a personal medical emergency that happened because I didn't want the bank to do anything under "pity", just wanted to see if they could take care of just because.They did and I can't say how much I appreciate it. I would recommend this branch or I think they call center to anyone.”

“I’ve been with US Bank for years & the customer service that I get is outstanding! I live in Missoula Montana & anytime I have a problem with my account or my card they are literally on top of it. This branch in particular is amazing & I hope everyone that works at the Westlake branch gets a raise.”
