I have been going to Charles Scott West since it was in the Promenade and visit once, if not twice a month for all types of services. I went yesterday for a pedicure and the technician was so mean and rude. My appointment was for 1:45. She came over at 2:05 and started at 2:10 because a woman she was with didn’t like her color after all ten toes were done. Instead of having her wait or reschedule she redid her nails. I was soaking through all this, then when she gets to me she starts talking loudly and to the other technician that I have gel on my toes and “why didn’t I let her know that”, and “this is going to take forever. Had I known I’d have started it earlier” and “where did I get this done”. I left. She was already starting 25 minutes late and then proceeded to shame me. It was an awful experience. They contacted me three days later to let me know that I could have a complimentary pedicure and they’d address it with her.

My friend and I visited the salon in June 2024 for manicures and pedicures before our vacation. I received the spa mani/pedi and she had scheduled the traditional mani/pedi. Alena and Michelle C. were excellent. They were on time, friendly, and experienced. I was concerned that I would nick my polish but Michelle already had a process to ensure everything was dry unlike other salons I've visited. My friend needed some TLC during the pedicure and Alena offered suggestions on avoiding some of the nail issues she was experiencing. We will both return soon. Thanks Alena and Michelle!

Hair type: I started going to Charles Scott Salon in Avon in October 2023 and I continue to be a regular customer. My hair was long, dried out and lacking any style or shape for this middle aged woman. I was scheduled with Katie and from our first meeting, she knew exactly was these dull locks needed. She is very kind, professional, and always gives her honest advice, provides the best cuts and styles to ensure a beautifully balanced look. Highly recommend seeing this stylist if you are looking for a fresh new look ❤️

Went in for my first haircut in a long time and my first ever highlights recently and I have never been happier with my hair!! Melanie was my stylist and she was meticulous and talented- I cannot recommend her enough. Great salon with amazing talent ♥️♥️♥️

Charles Scott Salons and Spas West is a beautiful establishment. I couldn’t be happier with my hair stylist Katie. She is easy to talk to and sooo talented! Katie takes the time to listen to what you want and goes out of her way to give you what you want and need. I have a very sensitive scalp. Katie was very gentle, making sure to inquire as to whether I was comfortable. I have long course hair and I’m amazed at the beautiful layers and highlights she gives me every time. I get compliments on my hair all the time (from men and women) I’m 62 yrs old and I have never felt more beautiful. Katie is AMAZING!!! I will never go to anyone but Katie!

I always have an amazing experience on every appointment with Pete Packard. Not only does he use the best line of products; Pete is also extremely knowledgeable, shoots from the hip, honest and has a kind demeanor. He continuously demonstrates why I keep coming back. Goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I love my hair and have received so many compliments. I trust Pete Packard implicitly with all of my hair needs. When you want the best... You go to the best! The ladies from start to finish have fabulous personalities, friendly and it feels like you are home away from home. Michelle is AMAZING! My mani-pedi experience today exceeded my expectations! I have truly never had a pedicure this good, she even ended it with the BEST leg and foot massage. Michelle has great attention to detail and painted the most perfect hearts on every single one of my nails for my mani! Needless to say, go see her ~ you won’t be disappointed!
