I was completely impressed with the genuine professionalism and customer service from Jaclyn McGuire. Even through the phone, I could feel her affable demeanor and it brightened my day. So happy there are still people who choose to be positive and have an upbeat personality.

Very disappointed in the regional offices that NEOhio has to offer.. it appears this office is the only one with women financial consultants. (Ridiculous right there, HELLO it's 2024!) And even though I left a direct message for one of them, and even though I filled out the generic meeting request info that was provided through the site, no one has gotten back to me. It's been two weeks now. Shameful.. especially as I've been a Schwab client for almost 20 years. Good Grief, get yourselves together smh
