They sell Carhartt branded apparel. If you want Carhartt to be trendy, this is the store for you. However if you want Carhartt work apparel, go somewhere else.

Didn't even know they had Carhartt stores. Stumbled across this one and decided to check it out. Store was nice and the prices were fair with some awesome deals of 60% off.

Came in just to look around. Was assisted by Austin. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products and sizes. Made a small purchase while there, and will be returning because of Austin.

Store is terrible for being an actual Carhartt store. There is a place called Hartville hardware store, they blow this place out of the water!

Delaney should be fired from her job. If this is who you have representing your brand your brand has taken a nose dive. I have been a loyal customer for years I only wear carhartt boots. I had a discrepancy with a pair my wife bought me for Christmas. I brought them to the Westlake store thinking I would have no issue. Delaney was SO RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. I can not believe you have her as a manager of all positions. When I went to leave Delaney and the other 2 girls started audibly laughing out loud that I was upset that my issue was not begin resolved and begin told I was a lier. What kind of brand is this. Your employees need some real work. Sad to say but I will be moving away from the carhartt brand due to DELANEY and her crew I came in contact with today. 0/100 would recommend this store and it’s employees

Had two shirts that were too big and close to a year old but never worn or washed. They're very understanding gave me a store credit for the two shirts.
