I am extremely happy with the professionalism and guidance that I've received from my agent Jessica at State Farm. And my monthly cost has been cut immensely which really helps as being an elderly driver.

I have been in 2 auto mobile accidents since Candice Stryker has been my State Farm agent. Candice and her teams response was and is amazing. They take care of everything and follow up with further care. I have had Candice and her associates for many years as my insurance agents, I hope to be with them for many more. We experienced a house fire in August of 2022. The entirety of our claim was a disaster. The initial phone call we received from Candice she was condescending and rude. We were turned to an agent who would not respond for DAYS at a time and was impossible to reach. Our policy was transferred multiple times to additional help who was unsupportive, we still were never able to file the entirety of our claim because of their redundant process. I asked 20+ times to file a report with statefarm, nothing ever came of it. On top of a horrible situation, statefarm made this experience truly enraging. I will never hold them as our insurers again after our experience with Candice.

Candice Stryker-Irlbachers office is absolutely terrific!! So very kind and pleasant to speak with and answered every question I have had, immediately. They are as knowledgeable about what they do as any professional in any profession I have ever come across. They are kind and professional sure, but also listen to my stories and ease my worries about the future or future payments or just about everything else I have asked. Any time I have a concern and then have a conversation with them, they put me at ease seemingly effortlessly. They are without question the best I have ever come across in what they do. I'm so very blessed to have Candice Stryker-Irlbacher and her team on my team. I truly feel that they have my back. No doubt!!

After being out of town, my car wouldn’t start in my garage. I used the State Farm App and requested emergency road service and within 20 minutes a technician was at my house jump starting my battery. I received texts and notifications with updates and communications up until his arrival. It was an unbelievably smooth seamless process. Thank you State Farm and Candice Stryker Irlbacher Agency.
