The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. No pushy sales. Just straightforward discussion. Love the loveseat we purchased. On time delivery.
The store seems small from the outside, but they display a wide variety of quality options inside. I went to many stores before finding Brian's. I will be back.

We went into Brian's Furniture a few days ago at the main showroom looking for a new couch and loveseat set. We were met by Katie, who was very nice and helpful. After looking for a while and talking for a bit with both Katie and Renee, we began to gravitate towards a Norwalk set. We checked out the warehouse from Brian's (I would stick to the showroom, not sure it was worth going over) as well as several other furniture stores. We went back and were able to take home a few fabric samples. After talking with Renee about layout options and prices, we decided to order from Brian's. While expensive compared to a Levin or Bob's, you have to look at the quality difference. Our last Norwalk couch lasted nearly 20 years, where something from the other stores would probably need replacing in half that time. So I feel like we got a good quality furniture at a reasonable price. Both Katie and Renee were wonderful to work with. I would recommend them.

Purchased 2 Smith bros lounge chairs 5 years ago for about $3000, Told about lifetime warranty- lied to about the coverage. Color fading extreme and tear in leather. Not covered? Told it was 5 years ago. Will never buy there again .Smith Bros. Expensive and overrated. Guess I'll have to buy Ch I never like everyone else.lying created poor experience.

Back in 2009 my mother inlaw and sister inlaw purchased a beautiful table with 6 chairs. My husband inherited the table. Back in 2009 my mother inlaw was promised if she ever wanted to add a leaf it would be possible. I called, came to store, called another time.... I have been told this was impossible. I had my husband call. He gave Renee the information located at the bottom of the table. He was laughed at when asked for another leaf. We were told even of they did the leaf wouldn't match! We don't care about that! We were promised a call back on Monday.. two weeks later and we havent heard a thing! We were also interested in purchasing 4 more chairs. The promise was a lie I guess. I live off Bradley and I pass this place daily. I will be sure to let anyone I know who is interested in Brian's furniture know my experience. Thanks for nothing Brian's!

I love the excellent and friendly customer service!! The quality of the furniture is great and modern. 10 years ago I bought end tables, recliners and two loveseats. They have held up and are still in great shape.

We have shopped at Brian's Furniture twice in the last year. We couldn't be happier with the salespersons, quality of the furniture, timely turn around for delivery and fair price. Do not be put off by the small store front as there are plenty of options from which to choose. You won't regret ordering furniture from this family owned business!
