The bathroom is DISGUSTING!!! There was p*** all over the bathroom floor leading to store and out the door. There was no soap in the bathroom either. It's repulsive!!! You guys need to pull yourselves together.

5 out of 10 times when you swipe your card it says "see cashier", that is so annoying especially when you are just trying to pump quick and be on your way. Most staff always mean and unconcerned.

Not sure what exactly the guy's problem is that was working tonight, but he was a complete a*** Truthfully it's really not my problem, first rule to customer service is leave your outside problems at the door and treat each customer with respect. I gave my respect when I stopped in, but got complete attitude in return from your employee. Then I remembered this was not the first occasion I have seen this a** here working. This is the exact reason I hardly ever come in here. I mean soon as I even came up to the counter this guy was looking at me all crazy and had complete attitude. So guess what, I gave it right back. I don't play that s**** I work customer service as well and would never treat a customer disrespectful, regardless what was going on in my personal life or behind the scenes at work. I worked today as well (Christmas) for 9 hours. So working Christmas is not even an excuse. Do you people not teach customer service skills? If you did I would not have had this issue with this employee several times. I can't believe you guys have not had complaints about this guy. I sure hope this is not the boss, if so he is a sorry excuse for one! I can't remember his name, but he is heavy, has dark hair (balding), glasses, and I would save average height. He's been working for your company for a while because the last time I went in there (about 5 months ago) he was there and he was also there times before. I got attitude each and every time. I could see if I was being an a*** but I did nothing to receive this bad customer service. The only reason I came back in there tonight was because it was Christmas and all the other gas stations were closed. Boy did I regret it, this is why I go to Shell now ever day just about. It could be bp getting my money everyday, but screw that! Get your employee in check and teach him how to give good customer service, for the sake of future customers. This gives your company a bad look and makes people wanna go elsewhere!

It's 4am and my car runs out of gas less than half a block from this station (I know, I'm an idiot for letting my tank get so low to begin with). So I manage to push my car to the station and up to the pump, but the station is closed and the pumps won't take a credit card during closed hours. So I guess I have to wait until the station opens. A police officer pulls up to investigate why a car is at the pump during closed hours and tells me they open at 5:30, but the girl usually comes in early to set up the station (it's now 4:45 am, and I don't mind waiting). But wait, Lady Luck is with me and the girl comes in at 5am. She sternly informs me that the station doesn't open until 5:30 i ask her if she can just turn the pumps on and I can just pay at the pump. "NOPE, the station doesn't open until 5:30 and I don't turn then on until then" Well OK, I guess I'll just wait another 30 minutes .. and then I'll buy 1 gallon of gas so I can drive down the street to the Speedway and fill up my car. And I'll make sure that my shadow NEVER darkens your door again. By the way, why is your gas always 20 cents more a gallon then everyone else's in town?

He told me that the station opens at 5:30, but the girl usually comes in early. It's all cool, I don't mind waiting .. after all, it's because of my own stupidity that I'm in the situation to begin with. But wait, the girl came in early at 5am. Looks like lady luck is with me and i only had to wait 30 minutes .. NOPE .. the girl goes in and begins to prepare coffee and the store. I asked her if she could please turn the pumps on and I can just pay at the pump. "NOPE, we open at 5:30 and the pumps don't get turned on until then". So I guess I just wait till 5:30, buy 1 gallon of gas and then I'll drive down the road and fill it at another station.

I think 3 out of the 5 times I've been here, the credit card reader has been out on the pump I pick. haha. Probably my own fault, but a little more consist uptime would be nice. Otherwise--it's a gas station. What else do you expect? Pull up, fill up, leave. It's as normal as a gas station can get. Nicely placed next to the highway.
