Excellent selection of books. The new organization is a big confusing but the staff was extremely helpful.

Customer service was great but it’s a shame that all African American author books have to be ordered. They only carry a handful of our authors in store. They use to have a separate section with just African American author’s but once they removed the section the books went too. It would be nice to be able to go to the store sometimes instead of having to order the books.

Barnes and Nobles is amazing!! The book selection is very nice!! The workers are always kind and helpful! The coffee is always good!! it’s also very nice in there also it’s a good place for kids! They have a great train station and other toys, my son loves it!! All in all it’s a great place and I recommend it if you’re looking for a place to relax!

Wow! My experience at Barnes and Noble in Crocker Park was absolutely fantastic! Mannon's exceptional service made my visit truly memorable. Not only did she effortlessly guide me to the book I was looking for with a warm smile, but she also went above and beyond by recommending another amazing read that I ended up purchasing. Her knowledge and friendliness truly made my day. This store is definitely my go-to for all my literary needs!

My husband is disabled full time wheelchair and the website said it was handicap accessible. It is not accessible unless you have kind people around you. He needed to use the restroom. The bathroom door has a handle that you had to turn and push which he couldn't reach because of the distance. If he would have gotten in he would have needed someone to open up from the inside. Handicap accessible should have handicap push buttons to open the door. Especially for a well known store in a wealthy community. There wasn't enough space either to go in between the tables.
Didn't stay long because maneuvering the store was tough.

I enjoyed the books. However , I take a bit of time in the bathroom to go to the restroom. And have medical problems. And was rushed by employees to hurry up while being accommodated by friends this afternoon. Was very displeased with the service from those employees. Manager was very kind and handled everything well when I made a customer complaint. I just feel employees should be more considerate of those with problems such as mine. Good books, but poor customer service OTHER than the manager.

Is really sad that this particular location has so little African-American representation. Our religious books and also best selling authors are limited to certain sections. I think I'm done shopping here.

I love Barnes and Noble, however the British man with his 16 year old girlfriend took away from it...

The reason for the poor rating was simple. At the customer service desk downstairs I asked for a certain section transportation. The young woman informed me it was upstairs on the second floor. Told me where to find it so forth. I go up there. I can't find the section I look in each corner. There's only four so I ask a gentleman up there who's working putting books back on the shelf. He takes me to travel. We look there's no transportation books per se. He looks at me. Very confused and just says he doesn't know. Never off until I call the desk or you know find out if they moved a section. Never told me it was his first day or anything like that that you know would explain the confusion. I just had a chuckle. Customer service is a dead art form
