A manager handled a complaint very well and was very kind. However, other experiences show poor customer service, with employees being inconsiderate or unhelpful. One customer was rushed in the restroom despite medical problems, while another encountered confusion and a lack of assistance when trying to find a book section. There was also an error with an incorrect discount sticker on an item, which was disappointing. A significant concern is the limited in-store selection for African American authors. While customer service was great for ordering, it is a shame that these books mostly have to be ordered, as the store only carries a handful. It would be nice to be able to find them in the store sometimes.
