I had a horrible experience with an agent on Monday through the company. I was not going to renew but decided to go ahead. Well the agent was just so unpleasant and not informative gave me false information etc. Long story short. I called today. Spoke with Kathy first. She was very nice and willing to help get me to the right person. Then Gabriella answered! Wow, what a wonderful agent. Took care of my issues, answered all my questions put me at ease and made my day so much better. The empathy and professional experience from the ladies at this office reassured me I made a good decision to renew. The lady from the main office, just made me regret it. Thank you Gabriella and Kathy! Truly lovely ladies who invest in helping others! BRAVO!

Wasting my time for an application for an international drivers license. Filled out the application, took my photo, and then was told by another staff member that it was not allowed to get an international drivers license with an interim drivers license, and I need to have the card. Please do better at training your staff, rather than having one staff member thinking one thing, and a second one thinking something else.

Terrible/ NON existant Customer service. Have Auto and Home Insurance with them. When you call for any questions or to respond to documents they send you (that require a response from you), you get a computer who answers the phone, then sent to another automated answering, then hung up on multiple times. They used to have a dedicated insurance rep who would handle your policy. No more, and no one calls back. When I finally got through to a line, it was an answering machine. Once for a Jack Long who never called back (it has been 13 days since I called). And twice for a Beth Schwartzo (sp?). Tried to call again today, got transfered to Beth again - machine says her answering machine is full and then transfers me to start the whole cycle all over again. NOT RECOMMENDED for Insurance purchases at all!!!!

Called for Tow at 6:45....Called back at 7:45 for a ETA of Tow...Not sure Company said there dropping a car now then on there way...Call back at 8:30 on hold for 8min No Answer.... Called back to 8:45 on hold 10 min. No Answer.... Called Again at 9:30ish On Hold For 12min. No Answer....Called for my own Tow Truck $130.00 let's See if I get reimbursed??....VERY DISAPPOINTED AAA on your TOW/ROADSIDE SERVICE TODAY.... and the Temp this day 60*.... No Rain No Snow....No Traffic Jams on Roads or Highways

Always a wonderful historic site to visit. Very good park rangers that give fun tours and historic weapon demonstrations in period uniforms. Fun place to visit and great place to support.
